N_C_H_OMG
Not sure what you mean there. If you are saying: is it possible to access the customer databases over the internet?, the answer is yes. You need to activate 'Web Access' feature (in Options), and set up 'Web Accounts' (also in Options).

N_C_H_OMG
First activate 'Web Access' feature: - Go to Options -> 'Web Access' tab. - Click on the checkboxes. - Click OK Then, set up web accounts: - Go to Option -> 'Web accounts' tab. - Click 'Add' to create a new account - Enter details, make sure 'Account Enabled' checkbox is ticked, select Organization. - Click 'OK' Check if it is working: - From Reflect main window, click the 'Web' button on the top toolbar. - It should bring up a login page. (If not, restart Reflect). - Enter login details from the web account you created.
tropesjov
I have same/similar question: I wish to store the customer database in the cloud for example Box or Skydrive and access the database from my device whether my laptop or my smartphone. Is that possible and if so how ? Thanks
elanconsulting
Hello, I have set up the Web Access & Web Accounts for my business partners (remote computers under Windows OS 7 or 8). One of them could access the login page then the page froze (he could not get any further), the other could not even access the login page. I have thicked boxes for Local Network & and Internet and under advanced routing I have set the mode to Static IP (auto-detect) with the 1122 port, and the "test connection" button was run every time with a succesful outcome. could you help me with the web access or tell me how to use a server to manage remote multi user access?
