Where is the database resides??

If you are using Win Vista or later, the database is located under ProgramData folder.

For example: C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Copper

Although possible, manually modifying these data is NOT recommended as it can result in undesirable consequences such as data corruption, crashing of Copper, or hard-drive catching fire ;-)

The data backup and restore functions are not enabled as in greyed out what should / can I do to restore the data. I attempted to contact via email and other options with no response as of yet thanks ahead of time.

C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software

C:\ProgramData\NCH Software

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Software

Can I move C:\ProgramData\NCH Software to another drive to use (e.g. D:\NCH Software)?
