express zip code

I have been using express zip (version 1.03) the free version , and never i was asked tu insert the code. Now suddenly after almost one year of use it is requested to insert a zip code to open my music files. Somebody can explain how can open my music file? I do not have a zip code. How can I obtain a code ?

The free version does indeed stay free indefinately. If you wouldn't mind answering a few questions, I'll see what I can do to help you.

 

Does it do this for all files? Or just one?

Is this a newly acquired file?

 

If you could post a screenshot of the screen asking for the code it will also help.
