Steevee Posted April 14, 2013 Share Posted April 14, 2013 Hello all, I need to set things up to when a customer calls in and hears the welcome message sounding a little like: "If you know the extension to the person you are trying to reach please dial it now...for jim jone dial 223 for accounting dial 225 etc.."
