New Guy 2 Recording
I have converted my music files from cassettes to wave format. I can play these files back using the play mode in Golden Records. I can burn the files to CD. I can see the files on the CD when I open the CD on the computer. These files will play in itunes. My problem is the files won't play in a home CD player or in the car CD player. What do I need to do to get the CD I burned to play in the car or home CD player? AltoUSA
Hello, You will need to create an "Audio CD" with the newly converted files. Just burning these digital files to CD will not allow a standard CD player to recognize and play. In Golden Records you will want to click on the option/button labeled "Burn Audio" to start the process of creating an actual Audio CD. New Guy 2 Recording
Thanks for your help. It worked just like you said. I guess there are two ways to burn a CD and I chose the wrong way. This is great!
