Issue printing to HP Photosmart 309a Series Printer

I am a licensed user of the Disketch Disc labeling software. I am on version 3.00 of the Disketch software. My OS is Windows Vista. I am attempting to print the standard CD case front to my wireless HP Photosmart 309a Series Printer. However, once the document spools to the printer and the status of the document is "printing", the printer immediately makes the sound indicating that the document has completed printing. The spooled document immediately disappears from the queue. But nothing prints. No error logs to the printer or on the screen. I updated to version 3.00 as the first item on the addressed issues list for 3.00 was the failure to print to HP printers. I've already logged an email with the NCH tech support, but I thought I would post this on the forum to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue and if there is a fix for it.
