Hi, I use prism video converter v 1.27, which I believe is a free version. I have video from a camcorder on my computer that I want to add to a dvd burner but I don't know how. My video's only seem to work on the computer with Prism. What do I need to do so that it works with a dvd burner?

How to burn AVI to DVD playable on a DVD player?

 

This tutorial teaches you how to convert and burn AVI to DVD. When you download movies from p2p torrent sites and make your home movies, most probably that you will end up with an AVI format movie. Tips:

Some DVD players can play .AVI and .MPG files. If yours is one of these - you can burn the files just like a data disk. (All of this can be found in the owner’s manual.) If your DVD player does not support these file types - you need to use DVD Creator to burn the AVI to a standard DVD disc so it can be playable and watchable on a DVD player.
