Express Burn Problems

Can anyone please help

 

I am using Express Burn Plus V 4.32 on a Mac with Lion software

 

When I try to copy a disc, after it has read the disc, and I insert a blank disc I get the message that I need to buy the Plus Version.

 

This is what I bought in the first place, I even have that on my letter from NCH,

Are you trying to copy a CD or a DVD? NCH Software has two versions of Express Burn. One is called Express Burn Plus which burns and copies CD's only. If you need to burn or copy CD's,DVD's or Blu-Ray, then you need to purchase the Express Burn Video Plus version of the software.
