Express Talk Mac Version - Busy Tone and then call disconnects

Hi

 

Have Express talk setup and working well with the PC version.

 

The issue is that I have setup and installed the MAC version and after a little bit of troubleshooting have managed to get it to register and connect to the SIP account.

 

The issue is when going to make a call we get a busy tone and then it says call disconnected.

 

The mac software version is 10.6.8 and we are using the latest MAC version of express talk.

 

Any ideas?
