Problem with intervall configuration?

Hello,

 

i have the following problem, and I hope, you are able to help me:

 

I use the software Express Talk BE with Sipgate Germany and normally should work, because there is a installation guide on their homepage.

 

Outgoing calls are no problem. Incoming calls are also working, except if the software is running longer than 10 minutes. After this time, the caller hears a message like "Person is temporarily not avaible" or a busy tone.

 

The support team of Sipgate Germany said, the problem could be, that I have to change an intervall time, when the software should connect / reconnect to Sipgate. But I didn't found an option like this in Express Talk.

 

Or is it an other problem?

 

Hope you could help me - sorry for my not perfect English ;).
