FMI2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 Hi all, I am new to working w/ the VRS system. I recently became the Sys Admin for a company using this and they seem to have had this problem for a long time. When you use the internet interface or using the VRS App and clicking on Find and Play, it's taking up to 20-30 minutes until the list of calls comes up. I'm assuming that it's b/c their database of calls is extremely large, however I can't find where to archive or where the database even is or what it's called? Could someone please point me in the right direction or offer any other suggestions? Any other ideas? I have already configured it to compress files.
