bcohagan Posted April 2, 2011 Share Posted April 2, 2011 Simply converting an WMV file to MP4 results in a file that is not playable on an iPad. Currently I can do another SLOOOOWWWWW conversion from within iTunes to get it into a format acceptable to iPad. I notice that there are presets in Prism for iPod, iPhone, but none for iPad. So, does anyone know what the required Prism settings are to produce an iPad compatible MP4? Is there a way to then save these as an iPad preset? Finally, why the heck isn't this problema already addressed in this product? I'm still in the trial period, but (obviously!) won't be purchasing if I can't solve this problem.
