Firefly1z Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 Prism opens normally but when I click on 'Add File' a folder opens for about 1 second then disappears, Prism is now frozen. If I click on anything, all I get is a bleep. The only thing I can do is use the Task Manager to 'End Program'. If I re-open the program I get a message from NCH asking if I want to report the problem, which I have done. I have not been able to find the cause or cure for this problem - Any ideas???
