NCH ...my email address is ehevns@cableone.net...today is jan,13,2011..and I just purchased you vinyl - cd recording program and you gave me a 24 hour time limit to activate this program...being straight forward with you I did not have the funds to purchase a techinical support services..because if you were being straight forward it would not have been necessary...I don't have anymore money on my card.. the minimal fee is all I can afford you gave me a 12 digit code, and there is a 2 part- activation code on one of the activation pages...that 12 digit is the serial number for the software package...but I NEVER receive that 2 part Activation Code...which has again...2 boxes to input the Code...again I NEVER RECEIVED THIS...NCH come on and give me a Break ! ehevns@cableone.net
