Guest NCHne Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 If you are running a CallURL board and are having hang up issues with NCH's software. Go into "settings" of the DIAG32 file and enable LC Drop Detection and LC Reversal Detection. Also make sure the your phone provider has LC Drop Detection and reversal enabled on your lines.
