Registering our products is a 2 step process.
Take the 12 or 13-digit serial number and activate it at www.nch.com.au/activate with your details. Once you agree to the condition that you have taken advantage of our 14 day free trial, click on 'Activate Software License.'

Upon doing this you will receive an email with your Registration Code which looks something like this:
Switch Sound Format Converter (Plus Edition)
Registration Code:
Name: Jane Doe
Location: Canberra ACT 2615
Switch Sound Format Converter Registration code: 111111 - fskxoojp .

For PC users - Open the software your Registration Code corresponds to and click on 'File' (or the first menu, named after your software) the choose 'Register Software' and put your details in the corresponding boxes.

For Mac users - Open the software your Registration Code corresponds to and click on the menu item that is the software name (e.g., 'Switch'), then choose 'Register Software' and put your details in the corresponding boxes.

It’s really that simple.

If you get an error that your details are incorrect, use copy & paste from the email into the software to ensure you don’t make any typing errors.
Also, make sure the software you are entering the details into is the product your Registration Code is for. E.g., A Wavepad Registration Code will not work in Switch. (Read the error IN FULL)

And finally, community forum users cannot tell you any more than what I have just done. If you're still having trouble, contact support through the link in your 'Software Registration Code' email.
