This issue is still ongoing. I have a licensed copy of VideoPad Professional 11.01. I just placed two clips into the que and pulled them down to splice together. They are both black on clips, preview and timeline which makes it impossible to splice them as it is scene dependent. What a waste of money for this POS software.

Well I just downloaded the app for the first time and can't for the life of me cut a section out of the video without it going black.

Hi all, I love using Videopad, but the one problem that's bugging me is that from time to time a video in my sequence will just display blackness in the preview. The audio continues to run when playing the preview. At first I noticed it on the version on my laptop (3.04), but I just downloaded 3.24 on my (much more powerful) desktop and just had the same problem occur. On 3.04, I would notice this happening to an entire segment, but on 3.24 it's happened in the middle of a segment. Anyone have any experience troubleshooting this?

I just purchased Debut with the intention of recording Adobe application tutorials for my University class. When recording applications including InDesign (CC 2015.4) and Illustrator (CC 2015.3 ), Debut fails to record the application tool icons, even though I have the Show Cursor While Recording option on. Since these change for every tool and are used to highlight key actions it's quite important to record them. I've tested Photoshop and it's cursors are recorded. The Mac version of Debut records all the cursors without issue. Is anyone aware of this issue and a possible fix? I'm running Windows 10 and Debut v3.01

My documentary is finally finished, except when I put the two extra parts on the end, the last thing that appears is the credits. When I had it in three parts, the credits rolled up, the music played. But now that it is finished, the credits are on the end, the music plays but the credits don't appear. They are below the timeline in the script that [is supposed to] roll up, but they do not appear in the timeline. How do I fix this?
