I am a complete novice with editing videos, but i am slowly learning on photo pad editor. I am struggling, trying to find out how if possible to make still image videos and moving videos that are from say 2-12 hours long from short scenic videos, stills. I want to do these for You tube. I do the usual draging images into the timeline and copy paste them but this is such a slow process when i want to do hours long videos, is there an auto system for this or anyway i can speed up making the video longer in quicker time?

Hi, I am struggling to export videos and publish them on instagram. When I record and import them into VideoPad they are clear and crisp but when I go to export them using the guidelines that facebook and instagram lay out they come out really blurry. Also, MOST IMPORTANTLY for instagram the audio NEVER matches the video.. it starts off fine then the video starts running slower.. please help!

Hi We have recently updated our copy of Photostage to version 3.51, and we have noticed that we are no longer able to set up our videos the same as before. Previously our videos could be set up as a square display for use on Facebook, and the images would fill the designated area. However, since we have updated the software we now get a large border around the images, reducing their overall size in the video. Does anyone know how to change the settings so that the images fit the height/width of the video as required. Additionally we are being informed, when we click create, that we can change the preview aspect ration in the Options dialogue box. But we cannot find that option at all. This means there is a conflict between the preview display and the export aspect ratios. Clicking on either Crop Edges or Resize to Fit has no effect on the exported video.

Hi, I tried downloading a old version (2.41) of VideoPad onto my windows but it won't let me download. It says it's not compatible, VideoPad 2.41 was fast when rendering videos ect. Is there a way around it? I find the newer version to be very slow when rendering videos ect.

Hey I've just recorded a video I want to show a friend of mine and have a sequence ready. I export the sequence as mp4 to my computer but here's the problem: the +15 minute video is only about a second long! It's also only about 40ish KB in size so something is clearly wrong. Any help? I am using the free unlicensed version.

I'm trying to edit together a feature length film on VideoPad and I'm having a weird problem. I was using an old version of the program this morning, Version 3.04 and it kept crashing on me. So, I finally downloaded version 3.58. I opened the existing project I was working on with this new version, which is currently an hour and half long in length. I soon realized that I couldn't just get back to work, I had to let every single clip load. After an hour and fifteen minutes later, every single clip was loaded on the timeline and I went to go play the sequence, but yet again, the actual video image is like freezing, or not moving, but the sound is playing fine. If you pause the video, you will finally see the image on the screen move, but once you play the video again, the image on the screen yet again freezes and the audio continues to play. I have no idea what is going on here and I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. Should I just start the whole project over again from scratch? I have no clue what to do... Please, if anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it!!
