Previously using v10.47 of videopad and I had created a video from screen captures and mobile phone footage. The sound was fine. After upgrade to v11.38 [ ABOUT:Videopad v11.38 64bit Mar 28 2022 18:26:49 ] the sound was distorted. Initially I down graded to v10.47 and all worked again. Check in the community there were issues previous fixed by: - v10.84, open OPTIONS | MEDIA tab and UNcheck the box that reads: Automatically normalize audio volume of external audio/video files. Close VP. Relaunch VP. This did not help. I downloaded and installed an older version - V11.34 and this did not cause issues with the sound. Rather than use vpsetup.exe .. I downloaded and installed the file from the oldversions. videopad-11-38-2022-03-29-64bitpaid.exe [ ABOUT: Videopad v11.38 64bit Mar 28 2022 18:42:58 ] This file states a different time to the software installed using vpsetup.exe. Loaded from... http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/videopad-11-38-2022-03-29-64bitpaid.exe Note: Date 2022-03-29 on file . Not 28th as in 'About' menu. The sound on the video is now working as before.

WavePad Masters Edition v13.22 Hi, I wish to upgrade the latest version of WavePad software, but unsure what are the new features ? The version 13.22 Effects -> Basic Effects -> Sci-Fi -> Astronaut it sounds not like Astronaut at all ( eg. Houston speaking ). I want to know where to find the new features of WavePad software added, especially the "Effects -> Basic Effects" before I can purchase the upgrade version. Personally, I am looking for more features adding to the SFX Library. Please advise.

This is embarrassing, but I've not updated my software for over 5 years, and I found out that I'm still on v4.11. I figured it's about time to upgrade, but I've lost my original Gmail account which I used to purchase the software, and now I can't find the registration code. Worst case scenario, I'm find with paying the full $70 for a completely brand new installation, but I figured I should try asking before I make my decision. Any suggestions as to what I could do to retrieve the original registration code?

Hello there, I purchased my videopad video editor software from NHC in September 2015. From one minute to the other my sequence preview and the whole programm got screwed. When I try to see the video I'm working on in the sequence preview/the preview/effects my video is constantly stopping(freezing/lagging),my video for some reason is always in slowmotion and also at one point it just stops and says: building preview even though the video has already loaded in. I really don't know what to do and unfortunately I cannot work like this anymore. I already tried to reinstall the programm, to give the program time and just play the whole thing once or twice with all the laggs,slow motion in the hope that after I played it like this it had time to calibrate all the crap and then be able to play it normal but no... it still doesn't work. Please if you have any tipp let me know! I also don't know how to upgrade the program. Thank you !

I started using a new MacBook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.6 with the free version of ExpressScribe v5.82. The floating window feature worked fine. When I paid the license fee and upgraded to 5.8.8, the mini window wouldn't float above any other windows (yes, it was checked on). So I reverted back to v5.82 and everything is fine. I was even able to use the same registration code. Just thought this might be helpful to anyone experiencing the same problem with the upgrade.

Hi- I have MOV files that I created a video with. When I uploaded to Youtube I had considerable loss in quality (horrible pixalation that is not in the original) so I purchased your pro version in order to upload directly in the hope it would be better that way. Well, for one, despite my log in info being correct and up to date, I get an error message saying NoListYouTube or something like that. So I upload the flv file that is automatically saved at that point and it also has incredible loss of quality. Now I have the new version uploaded and can't get the edited footage to load - what happened? The whole point was so that I could save the project with the new version- now I cannot even get my edited work on the screen! PLEASE HELP! And please, tell me if you know, why the incredible loss of quality from my laptop to what gets saved by Videopad and what gets uploaded to youtube? I have used videopad before and did not encounter it this bad.
