I have been using Express Scribe the free version for 4 years without a problem. Recenly I have received DS2 files that I need to play, but will not play. I went to the help website and was told that the Pro version will play DS2 files once I activate and register which I have done. It still will not play the DS2 files. I also downloaded all of the codec etc the website recommended without resolution. Then in a desparate attempt I downloaded the free switch file converter, but even that will not convert them. I tried to call the tech support as I am now using a pay version, but the recording requires a code which I do not have so I cannot get to a live person for help. I cannot even seem to find a place to email for tech support. I only purchased the pro so that I could play the DS2 files and I am in a hurry to meet a deadline. If it will not work I would like a refund. I would appreciate any help on this matter as soon as possible.
Hi, I just purchased a Switch Plus (Mac OSX Version 4.59 Intel) license and for reasons unknown Switch no longer have access to the FreeDB. Initially I could retrieve additional info with the non registered version, then the feature stopped working. I assumed that the info could not be retrieved because it was the non plus version. Unfortunately still does not work after registering. Any suggestions? For me, this is a key feature I was looking for Thanks very much for reading this. antonio p.s. Yes, I have checked the freedb access option in the settings tab
