Just started having trouble with sending invoices via Google's Gmail SMTP server. It appears to have just started. I upgraded to the most recent Express Invoice with still no luck. I also altered the Google security settings to allow less secure apps to login. Initially it detected Express Invoices attempted login and I told it that that was safe / acceptable, but it still errors out on sending.

Hello, I just got this message "mail host server error" I already check everything,. password is correct, smtp.mail.yahoo.com is correct, Everything was just fine. I have been using it for the last 4 years, It just stop sending the invoices or quotes emails, What I can do?

Please help - going crazy! Spent three days trying to configure my emails on Express Accounting. I use a MacBook, have tried two email accounts (iCloud and yahoo), disabled my Mcafee and I'm still get the same pop up message; "EMAIL SEND TEST Email authentication username or password not accepted" Ive tripple checked and my email, password and SMTP details are all correct. Please can anyone help? Many thanks in advance.

I have been using Express Invoice for a couple of year with no issues, until now. For some reason the e-mail setup options allow me to make changes to the settings, but every time I make the necessary changes I get a message back saying my ISP cannot verify my user name or password. When I go my ISP to use the same exact settings for User Name and Password to check my e-mail, I have not issue getting in. I have checked various sites across the Internet for advice and tried most of them, from adding prefixes and suffixes to the smtp setting for port changes to match the ISP settings with not luck. For some unknown reason the program is not able to communicate properly with my ISP so that I can record and send invoices via e-mail to my clients. If anyone has come across this same situation and has advice I would appreciate any feedback. Very frustrating!! dewy23

Inventoria : Ability to auto email low stock and monthly report

HI, 1. Can the software auto email when there is a low stock as per threshold limit. 2. Can it automatically email on a scheduled time/date, for example monthly report all of stock and monthly report of low stock. Much appreciated. Thanks. Version using: Inventoria 3.50
