Hi All, I have just started using VideoPad. I have a long mp4 file that I have split and exported as separate mp4 files using VideoPad. The individual files play fine in other software, but when I open them into VideoPad the files appear corrupted and do not play. I can't do anything with them. My aim was to take some of the individual files and rejoin them in a new sequence and then re-export either to a CD or new digital file. I am using the free non commercial version. I am not sure if I have done anything wrong during export to explain why VideoPad is now not recognising the new files. Has anyone had a similar experience and or can suggest a solution? Regards Jenny

I believe I've checked, double-checked, and triple-double-quadruple checked all of the settings. I've checked "get info from internet" and alternately, I've also tried "get info from CD" and anything else I could possibly try. It worked on my previous computer, at least for some of the date (e.g. album title), but now I have a new computer because, of course, my old one died. Please tell me what settings to check, if you have any other suggestions. It would be very greatly appreciated.

What do? Has anyone had similar problems? I have already contacted support in case anyone wanted to suggest that and yes I did do everything in troubleshooting.

I am using an Infinity IN-USB-2 pedal. This is working on my computer; it is working with Express Scribe. For my work, I need to use PedalWare on a voice file playing in a third party website, Ascribe. When I download and run PedalWare, it cannot detect that my foot pedal is plugged in, even though it is working. I duplicated the prodecure on another computer where the Infinity IN-USB-2 foot pedal works, and it could not be detected there. Can you suggest any next steps? The pedal is not detected regardless of the port it is plugged into. Thanks you.
