Hello, I'm trying to export a video so that I can post it on twitter. Unfortunately, twitter only lets you post .mp4 and .mov, and I am unable to export to these two types of files with my audio. The video exports fine, but as soon as I play it, I can't hear anything. In the previews it works fine, but not after exporting. When I export to .avi it works. I even tried exporting to Youtube but it still would not give me audio. I really need to get this video, and a few others, exported and posted ASAP. Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey! I'm many hours into a project and the sound from the sequence / audio and video tracks suddenly stopped. All my audio is linked to the video. My audio is not muted, it's at 100%, and I can still see the sound waves. The audio still plays in the clip preview, but won't with the sequence preview or on the timeline. My version of Video Pad is 8.99

Hi, I've been trying to scale a logo in video. I've tried everything with the editor trying to do new ways of finding the scale button. It keeps sayings its unavailable, even when I click on the image that I've been trying to scale. I recently have been getting frustrated with it cause I really want to make my videos look, crisp clean, and more professional with my logo on it so someone else can't steal my content. If their is any ways to help I will gladly accept any ideas to this problem. Thanks.

Right after i purchased the basic Voxal package and used my registration code to activate it, it stopped working. As soon as i open the program (or do anything in the program) a message appears in the bottom of it that says "Driver connection failed, did you restart your computer after installing Voxal?" Yes i've restarted my computer probably 100 times since then. It always just has the same error message. Anyone have this problem or know what to do about it? Thanks.

Hello there, I purchased my videopad video editor software from NHC in September 2015. From one minute to the other my sequence preview and the whole programm got screwed. When I try to see the video I'm working on in the sequence preview/the preview/effects my video is constantly stopping(freezing/lagging),my video for some reason is always in slowmotion and also at one point it just stops and says: building preview even though the video has already loaded in. I really don't know what to do and unfortunately I cannot work like this anymore. I already tried to reinstall the programm, to give the program time and just play the whole thing once or twice with all the laggs,slow motion in the hope that after I played it like this it had time to calibrate all the crap and then be able to play it normal but no... it still doesn't work. Please if you have any tipp let me know! I also don't know how to upgrade the program. Thank you !

Hey, i have a very weird problem with my mic I spend all night recording, perfectly without any problems But the next day it just suddenly the Microphone just stopped appearing in options Is not the mic cuz in skype and other microphone related programs it works just fine I don't know what else to do =( Please help

Okay, so I'm not sure how much "support" this forum offers as I've only just downloaded the software fairly recently. However, I've noticed that when Voxal is on, there is a severe distortion that isn't present if the application is turned off. This is regardless of what "voice" is set up, and is even present when using the "bypass" setting. It is completely incomprehensible. It sounds almost like an "alien" voice mixed with some kind of acoustic modifier, I guess, but (as stated) this is despite any changes to the settings. I'm at a complete loss, and any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW. I'm using a Lenovo E540 with the built in Mic. I'm not sure what the mic is called, but as stated, it works fine when Voxal is not running, so I think I can solve it with some configuration changes. Lastly, if there is no solutions to this (i.e. if it's a "well, that mic isn't supported. Sorry m8") could I get a referral to any other similar software that's good for the time being? Thx.

The tittle basically says it all. I have a habit of using a lot of text in my videos, which for some reason simply doesn't seem to work with video pad. The most extreme case I've had so far involved something like 70 individual pieces of text (added via the shiny add text button on version 3.0.2) and VideoPad simply couldn't handle it. The program kept crashing every couple of minutes while editing and simply refused to render the video. Even lesser use of text didn't turn out too well; I tried making another project with about 20 pieces of text and while it did manage to render it turns out most of my clever side comments are missing. So the question is, is there anything I can do to make this work, or am I better off finding a program that actually gets the job done? I'd rather stick with VideoPad since I find it easy to use and it has all the features I need, but just having an amazing vpj file isn't going to do me any good. EDIT: I figured out these might be needed: OS: Windows 7 home premium 64bit CPU: i5-3750K 3.40GHz GPU: Radeon HD 7850 RAM: 16GB HDD space remaining: ~600GT Basically, I doubt the problem is with my computer

Win 7 64 bit, Pro purchased and installed, licensed and registered appropriately. But the USB-2 Infinity foot pedal only showed up for a few seconds, both in the Test window and in Play Functions, but just for a few seconds, then stopped forever. I deleted the Pro ES, reinstalled, same thing. Whenever I restarted the computer, the Infinity pedal worked for a few seconds and stoped, again and again. Must be software problems. Please help. Thank you.
