Hola acabo de comprar la ultima version de Videopad, pero aunque vivo en los Estados Unidos, mi lengua principal, es espanol. Y mi preguinta es recibi el manual en ingles, Podria obtenerlo en espanol?

On the ExpressAccounts webpage, it clearly says, "The help manual can be opened or printed from within the program." This was one of the factors I considered when I decided to buy the software. I can't find any way to print it other than laboriously going through it one page at a time. Does anyone know where the link to print the entire manual is hidden? Or why the author of the webpage would lie to me? Please note that I'm not interested in anyone's opinion about how easy it is to use the electronic version, or how wasteful I am if I print it out; I just want to do what the webpage promises me I can. If you must know, yes, I have legitimate reasons. I'm not a pirate; I just want to be able to use the software in the way that's most comfortable to me.

Hello: New paid user. I have a question. Where is the help manual? The Help/Chlckcharts Help menu item just takes me to the NCH main page, and the Technical Support page refers to a help manual accessed from within the program, however I can't find it. Can someone help me out? Specifically, I need a tutorial on what all the different shapes are and a bit of training in flowchart practices. That's what I hope to find in the help manual. Clickcharts 1.5 for Mac. Thanks Anthony

I am using Windows 10 and Logitech K350 wireless keyboard. When I have Express Scribe open, I use my mouse to click on the Help button and nothing happens. I click on the Help Tab and it will will bring up the drop down list, but only certain items will do anything when I click on an item in the drop down list. I want to see the manual for Express Scribe, but when I click on Help Contents, nothing happens. When I press my F1 key, nothing happens. I click on Check for Updates under the Help Tab and it tells me there is a new version. My only option then is to click on View or Cancel. I click on View and nothing happens. Does any one have a suggestion of what I can do to get the manual online or to see the Help contents? I did not pay for premium support and I emailed support on March 2, but no response yet. Thanks.

I have just downloaded the Application and have been looking it over. On the web is says the user manual is contained in the Help menu. I don't see a user manual/guide at all in help. I would like to buy the product but with no manual i would be flying blind. If I missed it some where in the help manual maybe I am blind.. I have several of their products and have always been impressed by them.
