So, I'm frustrated because it doesn't have a button like "Verify Video" or anything so I can make sure everything is alright. Basically, what happened is it was 59 seconds or so instead of 49 minutes. I wonder if we can have a feature for this if you know what I mean, thanks.

I recently downloaded the new updated version of MixPad and I'm having an issue whereas my sound is usually crisp and great quality, when I merge files together, it distorts my sound as if I was talking through a military radio. I've tried restarting the app and trying again but this did not solve the issue. I feel this should be reported as this should not be an issue.

Alright, so for a bit of context, I decided to download Voxal as a voice changer for Discord just to mess around with my friends. When I downloaded it, it needed me to restart my laptop in order to update the system. When I was done updating it, I decided to try it out on a Discord call with my friends. When I spoke, no green right appeared around my profile picture (this indicates that my voice is being heard). I thought that maybe I just needed to reset my voice settings on Discord, since it's a common thing to do. I returned and still, nobody could hear me. I looked up several videos on how to re-enable your microphone settings and tried every single one of them. Nothing worked. I don't know if there is something else I need to do or not, but if anyone knows how to fix this, please do help. I haven't been able to stream or talk to friends for a couple days now. EDIT: I didn't say this in the original post, but the wired connection doesn't work for my mic, but bluetooth works. I can still hear through my headphones, it's just any wired connection doesn't allow me to use my microphone but bluetooth does.

Hello MixPad community, as you can guess by the title of this topic I am having some issues with recording anything in MixPad. The recording randomly stops, with no pattern whatsoever. I think at this point I have seen almost all the possible combinations. I tried figuring out the issue but even with no inputs whatsoever it still behaves like that. I am recording with an Audio Interface, using its ASIO driver and everything, in terms of recording itself, is working properly. I checked the processor while recording and it used about 4% of it's capacity and there is a sudden spike to around 10% when it stops recording. At this point I am at a loss because I tried everything I personally could think of. I tried spamming the record button, I tried recording an empty track and then record another real one but without any effect. The second one stops recording randomly again. I can confirm that this issue has to do with MixPad because I downloaded a free recording software just to see if it was my interface and the stopping didnt occur then. But of course I want to use MixPad to record and mix. With the random stops I cant work properly so I hope that you can help me solve this. It is frustrating. My regards

I was working on a video earlier, and I've run into two main issues while I was adding the subtitles. The first is the overlapping of new subtitles. What happened was, for example, I type something out, and its duration is from 0:00.000 to 0:03.000. And then I try to add another line right after it. When I do this, however, it automatically regresses by 0:00.001, meaning that the newly added subtitle begins at 0:02.999, thereby making me have to fix it for each line. I was wondering if this is a bug, and if there is a way to circumvent this minor inconvenience. Another issue was that sometimes, the subtitles simply refuse to stay at their positions. This usually happens when I set the subtitles at say, Horizontal: 10 and Vertical: 10. The offset is reset whenever I click Apply and exit out, and no matter how many times I've tried to fix it, it just wouldn't budge. Is there something that I'm missing here?

Hello everyone. In this period I have a problem with VideoPad: I can see the video but I can't hear the audio. I searched online and saw that it is a common problem. I also found a discussion on this forum (http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/22431-video-but-no-audio-whatsoever-resolved/), but I did not quite understand what the solution was to this problem. Could you help me? I'm not good at computer science, so could you explain the solution simply? Thanks so much.

Hi guys, I need some help/advice please, I'm trying to export a fairly large file to YouTube, every other one I've tried exporting has gone fine, this one keeps failing on me, it gets through the initial upload screen, then when it tells me the progression of the upload in kbps it gets to 13% and then failss every time, is there a fix for this? I'm a Youtuber and I need to get this video uploaded, any help would be very much appreciated, thanks in advance

I've been wanting to start a Let's Play for Pikmin for a long time now. It was only recently I finally got the equipment needed to start recording off my Wii to do this. When googling what software would be good to use for recording from a video adapater, I found the NCH Debut Video Capture. I downloaded it, and immediately started recording a few sessions. But the problem I'm facing now, is that my recordings are coming back out of sync. Sure, they start out fine, but by the end of a 45-50 minute recording, my sound is several seconds ahead of my video. I need help! I've googled, I've downloaded numerous softwares, I've tried every tweaking everything and I can't fix my recorded files! (Seriously I've done everything. I've tried slowing my audio, speeding up my video, adjusting the FPS...once I think I find a solution it ends up being all wrong. One attempt at adjusting the fps rate I managed to sync up the end bit of the video, but the beginning was then out of sync. How the heck does that happen??). I don't know what can be done, if anything at this point, to fix the sync issue I've currently got. It seems like it shoudl have a simple fix, and there are plenty of people who have had this same issue, but I can't seem to find any fix! Then there is the issue of how to prevent this from happening with future recordings. Just what is causing it to start with, and how can I correct it?? I thought I fixed it by changing the Video Options and checking the "Change Frame Rate" box with a frame rate at 30, but it didn't do diddly difference with the next video I recorded. Please someone who is more knowledgeable with this stuff, I need help!!

I swear I've been using this software for the longest time since almost 4 years ago and ever since I downloaded the latest version being VideoPad 7.11, exporting videos has been a complete and utter frustration because of this unnecessary and buggy feature. I'm making a video with a video & picture overlay and no matter what resolution & framerate combo, the video constantly zooms in with one of the text elements being expanded despite always staying cropped and adding black bars. I've tried Auto match content but fixes to 16:9, auto match content to a given resolution, 1920 x 1080, etc. with both letterbox and crop and zoom options chosen and every f**king time, it's the same result, either being that cropped mess I was talking about, or vertically cropped as if you were watching it on a phone. I just want to export videos the same way I used to: regular widescreen, 1920 x 1080 at 60 frames w/ no glitched zooms and black borders. Honest question: was ANYONE asking for this feature? Because VP was perfectly fine for me minus the slow loads and outdated features until this annoying ass "necessity" was added. This just complicates exporting the video and because of it, I can't get this video to export normally like I always have no matter what options I choose. If there's an certain setup of resolution options or other options I'm missing, please enlighten tf out of me (I'm trying to put widescreen photos and pictures, 2 text elements cropped and scaled down, in the same widescreen format by 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps) because otherwise this feature shouldnt be there. I'm not the only one suffering from bug issues with this thing; there's a bug forum talking about this feature too. Why this feature was added is making me pull my hair out. -
Hi, This is Kevin from TrenDigi Tech. I've purchased one key for Broadwave and it is streaming live for about 3 days in a roll now. During the testing period before it actually goes to public, we've found a issue. When we first started the streaming server 3 days ago (set quality to 256kbps), we were able to hear clear sound quality on both mobile device (Android and iOS default browser were both fine), MacBook, and Windows 7 laptop. The streaming server has not been stop or restart, and the issue pops in on the 3rd day for no reason. The issue is that you are no longer able to hear clear sound quality "ON MOBILE DEVICE (Android and iOS)", the sound is with lots of noises and echo. BUT, at the same time it will not happen with MacBook and Windows laptop. What is the cause of this problem? Thanks, Kev

Hi guys, Everytime I try to record something Mixpad puts a volume limit on my tracks and they end up sounding uneven and tinny at high volume levels. Just wondering if there is any way to turn off this limiter? I cant seem to find any option to do so and I have looked everywhere

I got home today and I attempted to use the software, however I keep getting the following error: None of the voice effects seem to be working because of this. I do not believe there is anything I can do about this.

I have created a video project in VideoPad and am ready to export it in one single video file. The full video is just under 6 minutes. I have tried to export this video on two different machines (laptop first, desktop next). I've tried exporting to countless video formats and have also tried just exporting to YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox and none of these have been successful. The video always stops the export at 56.5% (between 3:27:937-3:28:003 minutes). I have checked the discussion forum and have tried several of the suggestions for those who had similar (although not exactly the same) issues. All to no avail. Please help. This project is for an upcoming Anniversary and I'm running out of options. Thank you!

I purchased VideoPad last year and have been using it successfully for some time. For the last few months I am unable to open any video files. This includes RAW files that I have successfully edited previously in VideoPad. The files will play normally in any media player including default Videos, Windows Media Player, and VLC. The format doesn't seem to matter. I've remuxed to mp4, mkv, wmv and others. Every method of attempting to open a file returns a pop-up: "Failed to load file" in an "Error Loading Clip File(s)" window. I am using Windows 10 insider build 16226 at the time of this message.

Hello everyone. This is Gabriel from Brazil, I've used Videpad Editor since about an year ago and I'm very pleased with it, haven't had any major problem until now. A week ago I started recording 1080p60fps videos and, after I edit them and export, the file exported has a pretty good quality but it doesn't maintain 60fps at some points. Every 20 seconds or so, the framerate decreases a lot, you can notice if even if you're not an expert. Any help of what might be happening? My setting are correct, 1080p, 60fps, Constante Framerate and 15.5 compression. Thanks a lot.

In the current version of VideoPad Video Editor, you can hear the audio in rewind (backwards) and sped forward when you click the Previous Frame and/or Next Frame buttons directly to the left or right of the play button. You can hear the audio whether you are playing a video in the sequence, an overlay video, or if it is currently in the BIN; either way, you can listen to all audio tracks of any clip no matter. My issue is that while working on a project, when I was attempting to cut a video (by placing the red and blue bars to select a specific piece of track), I noticed that, in order to get to the exact point in my video where I wanted to end, the sound for the Previous Frame no longer worked! I tried clicking multiple times instead of holding down the key and that didn't work. The Next Frame no longer played audio either. What is wrong with the program? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I've deleted all files before each uninstall, too. I even restarted my laptop to no avail. What can I do to fix this bug? Much appreciated, fellow Editors...

Hello I am using Debut v1.68 with dual monitors running at 1920 x 1080 each. My issue is that Debut appears to think my screen res is 1280 x 720 on both, going from the top right corner of the left screen, and the top left corner of the right screen. I have attempted to manually adjust the capture size, which says that I am using the whole screen but still tells me that its 1280 x 720 and refuses to acknowledge there is more screen. the mouse however recognizes the entire area, and appears completely off in the preview window. What I am trying to do is record just one of the screens, but even then, it only captures up to 1280x720. If i select a smaller area in the zone that it doesn't pick up, the capture just gets placed at the bottom of the 1280 x 720 area. Extremely frustrating. Can anyone help with this?
