Hello. This is what i have as my Lap top features. SO : WINDOWS 10 Processor: 1.5 GHZ Memory : 4GB RAM Storage : more than 30GB available. Software is too slow when saving and reproducing final video. AUDIO FREEZES, VIDEO FREEZES. And it takes too much time to saving and exporting the final VIDEO after making all the proper changes? ¿ Any advise about how to improve VIDEO PAD PERFORMANCE ( PAID VERSION ) ? Hi, I recently updated VideoPad and now I'm running into trouble as far as editing goes. Whenever I place video and audio into the software and piece together the video, when playing the preview/display, it lags after 2 seconds and then freezes entirely. The audio plays and it still continues, but the video portion just stops entirely and the pause button's response is SO slow too. I deleted a bunch of leftover media in the software, cleared the data cache, can have nothing running in the background and it still occurs everytime, it's so infuriating. Before this update, I would just lower the resolution of the preview since that was an option, but that was removed for whatever reason I can't fathom so now I'm stuck. Can someone please help me on figuring out how to get rid of this lag/freeze or optimize the settings to where it can be playable so I can edit safely?

Bonjour, quand je lance Début, il m'est impossible d'ouvrir un document .pdf avec Adobe Reader. Le .pdf ne s'ouvre pas et Reader freeze sans espoir de réaction (attente de 10 minutes "pour voir") J'ai désinstallé/réinstallé Reader, désinstallé/réinstallé Début, rien n'y fait. Avez-vous déjà rencontré ce problème ? Merci d'avance Configuration : W10P 1903, 8 Go, Core i5

Hi, I used videopad v5.32 on a subpar pc for about a year. I've now upgraded to a better machine (i7 7700, 16gb RAM, GTX 1050, SSD) specifically to edit video, but am running into the same issues: * After only some minor effects or adding a couple of clips, It's impossible to watch a live preview on the tool due to "Building Preview" message. * In heavier projects, after exporting the video it'll freeze on some parts with audio still going and then catch up. I like the tool, but I need the experience to be smoother. The question is, should I pay to upgrade to the latest version assuming these issues are solved? Should I go a different way? Any way to test it beforehand? Thanks!

I’m using VideoPad v 5.21 and i just recently made a video consists of 115 pic :”) am trying to play it like a memorial video but when i exported the video it just freezed at one pic and the audio is working fine but the picture didn’t continued ? Help me it’s really urgent i looked at other people’s same issue but i don’t understand anything because i’m not very professional at anything like this and english is not my first language ;-;

My RecordPad 5.35 stops (Freeze") every second day or so. It works perfect - except these sudden stops. Windows 10 - fully updated. Any ideas?!

I had a two minute long video of gameplay that I trimmed down to around 20 seconds. When I export it, the first 1.6 seconds are a still frame that I can't seem to get fixed, even when exporting with different settings. I am using Videopad 5.20. Can someone help out? Hi, i'm kinda new to the forums but recently I had finished making a video in video pad and was ready to export, checking back on everything, I noticed a black preview screen for any clips where slow motion and captions are combined and active. In addition, when exporting, the video percentage will rise up fine until it reached the 1.5% length (or the 5 second mark of the video) Please help, I really do not want to restart. (I have updated video-pad to the latest version) Other projects don't seem to have this problem. Is it the vpj.? Or is it something else? Some of the percentage freezes occur at the time frame of 05:205, 05:112, 05:57, etc. All of them have the same second.

Hi All, Following a major update from Microsoft 31 July 2017. I find that I am no longer able to use Microsoft Edge once recording is activated. Chrome and IE browsers work fine. I have updated to 4.04 just to ensure I have the latest version of Debut, but no joy! Any help?

Hi, I am experiencing an issue where the video will freeze for the duration of a clip on playback. I saw an earlier post about this in the forum and it stated that it may freeze if there is a gap between the video, however there are no gaps between my clips. How can I get this video to play properly on export? It plays fine in the preview pane.

Hi. I've used videopad for a while, but am now having some problems and desperately need some help. when my video exports, parts of it freeze, while the audio continues without problem. I've read other threads on this issue, but nothing has worked... I've tried mp4, mpg, avi and have tried exporting to dropbox, drive, video file, and youtube, but nothing has helped. Please give advice! Thank you!

Hi All, I have an hour long video that I've spent a long time editing together. I'm on my second attempt to export this as a DVD. The encoding process takes time, I understand that well. However, when it gets to the 25:01 mark it pauses and won't move past it. This was the same point of pausing during the first attempt as well. Any thoughts? thanks, Rich
