I want to export my customers into my phone contacts. I see the customers are individual .dat files. I guess I can import each file into excel and then export it to a CSV file. But that's pain full.

Hi everyone, I've been using Videopad for years and this is the first time I've had this issue come up. Today I was editing a video in VP and parts of the video suddenly started appearing in black and white with weird ditko dot like artifacts with random colors. I finished the project just thinking it was an issue that would go away but when I exported the videos the coloring errors and artifacts were still there. So to fix the issue I first tried updating to the latest version of VP but the issue was still apparent. Then I tried uninstalling vp and when that changed nothing I uninstalled again clicking the option to remove all data and still nothing happened. Lastly I started a new project and put in some different footage to see if there was an issue with the original mp4 file and the same issue showed up. The weirdest part is I do reaction content to animated shows and this issue doesn't seems to have an effect on the animated show mp4s i add to the project only the real footage I've recorded. Hi I'm using VideoPad 7.34 I found many post on this forum abount cropping issues, black bands and so on but I have not found a solution. My purpose is very simple: I want to crop a video (applying a crop rectangle static filter) and then export the video with that new size. I don't want to upscale, downscale, zoom, scretch to aspect, adapt to 16:9 or optimazing it for youtube. When I apply a crop filter the "Auto match content" feature always detect the original size and not the new cropped size. It's possible to reach this goal without use another processing tool? warum zeigt mir VideoPad beim Export-Assistent nur DVD an? Blu-Ray existiert im PC auch! Sieht so aus also ob ich der Einzige bin mit diesem Problem..... Dr.Google hat nichts gefunden. Bin dankbar wenn mir hier jemand helfen kann!

Hello, How can I set the Encoder Level for an exported video file using VideoPad (VP)? I'm using VP version 13.67, preset of HD 1080P, my exported videos have the Encoder Level at 5.2 (Main@L5.2). I'm using the software program named Mediainfo version 22.09 to verify the encoder level of my video files. The current version of the Plex server (1.32.6.7468) will not work with video files using Encoder Level 5.2. My work around is to use Handbrake and set the Encoder Level to a lower level. I'm hoping to be able to set the Encoder Level within VP. Thanks, Greg

I created a project with an older version of VP (8.45, I think), then updated the program and opened the old project. When exporting this into a video, the program stops at "indexing...32,7%" and starts again from zero. This loops continues ad infinitum. What have I done wrong and how can I fix it?

I'm creating my first Photo Essay for a competition at my camera club. Unfortunately, they have not provided much detail on the dimensions for submitting the video. The clubs standard size for still image competitions submissions is 1920x1080. My thoughts/questions are: I think I should export my still images, to be loaded into PhotoStage, in 1920x1080. Will this size be respected in PhotoStage or will it be downsized? I am thinking I should export 1920x1080 HD as the judges will be reviewing them on their own computers. Is this a correct assumption? Export as MP4. Is there a better/common type that does not use compression? I have no idea what to choose for frame rate? Default seems to be Variable 14.985 to 29.970. Is this something I need to play with based on aspects like transitions? Thanks for any pointers. I use LightRoom for my images.

When I export my video it does not match the Sequence Preview. The Audio is correct, but the video starts with a clip that is over a minute into the sequence. After those couple of clips go by, the audio continues correctly, but the video is black. The tracks playing and the ones that don't are both in Video Track one. I recently changed computers and installed VideoPad on the new one and used the verification code I had from purchase. The program worked flawlessly on my old computer.

I have a problem with exporting whenever i want to export a video it crashes my pc or occasionally the software. I don't know why. It's not from low memory and I doubt it can be a hardware problem. If there is something that can stop my pc from crashing while exporting it'll be really helpful cuz I really do like the software. My PC: 12gb ram ddr4 CPU: Ryzen 5 3500u GPU: radeon vega 8 graphics Not some high end pc but I think it's enough

I've got a custom report that I would like to export as a .csv or .xls. The canned reports give an option to save as a .csv. When I choose "Export" from the Custom Reports menu it opens a window for where to save the file. Then it exports a .eaf file. I don't know and can't find what a .eaf file is. Am I missing something?

Been using VP for 6+ months and made lots of vids (probably 50+). It's been working perfectly and love the tool. Just upgraded to 12.33. With previous version 30 min .mp4 export file would take appox. 1 to 2 hours. Now for about same duration / size of file, it's taking 12+ hours. Even when I start at night, still hasn't completed by the morning. The previous version was perfect for my home use so how can I downgrade? New version is completely un-usable due to the latency. Seen other users having same issue but haven't seen a solution so hoping someone can help.

Added to the media bin a 4.47 GB .mp4 file, already edited, clips appear on Video Track 1, audio appears on Audio Track 1, duration about 30 minutes. Export video to DVD movie disc - first screen shows estimated file size of 432 Mb. Attempt to Create anyway leads to “Burn Video DVD” screen - grayed out, and cannot burn a disc. A few days earlier, the program worked on a similar file - contents and 4.2 Gb .mp4 file, burned three discs. iMac OS Monterey 12.6.1 -

My accountant has asked for a "General Ledger Detailed", this means all entries in a spreadsheet. Is there a simple function which will produce this sort of report? I am guessing it could be a CSV export, Though cannot find where I could export .csv data? I am hoping I could do this for specific dates also? Thank you!!!

The topic is from 2020... but nothing seems to have changed! When I try to export MP4 (or MOV) it starts downloading x264enc7.exe, fails installation, retries and fails conversion... retries and fails again!!!! I have the paid version, and pretty good PC (Lenovo W540, Windows 10)... What should I do? (indeed the MPG is of poor quality...) (Running VP as administrator).

Hi! How are you doing? Whenver I try to export my video (1 hour and a couple minutes), on YouTube or to my MP4, it does not work. I have the free edition and I was able to move 2 of my video's to MP4, just not this one. Is there a way I can do this now just one more time? I need to use this to put just one more video onto YouTube. If you can help, thanks Best Regards, Ryan Lashlee

Hi. I have just spent 6 hours creating and recreating a project, installed and uninstalled different versions of VideoPad over 20 times, including uninstalling with RevoUninstaller, rebooted, tried all possible formats and export settings, and my video is still exporting broken. A certain broken part of the video plays and replays 2 or 3 times instead of playing until the end. The whole thing worked fine until today. I'm quite desperate though because I need the content asap. I need an .mp4 file encoded with H.264 . Please help. -
Hello, I have tried to do some edits, some were successful and some weren't because it says there no space left. I am using a gaming PC. C Drive has 200GB data with more than 50GB free space, but when I try to import or export files, an error message pops up saying there is no space to carry out the task and when I check the properties, miraculously it says space left is 0mb. I tried to move the cache files from C to D which has more than 80Gb free space, still same result. Unable to import or export files cause there is no space. And the space left is 0MB as per the properties tab. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

While trying to export a video with Lossless quality, it fails The export queue window shows "Failed" with no further details. Despite failing, it does produce a video with a few seconds. VideoPad 10.88 licensed. -0-0- I uninstalled and re-installed VideoPad, and now the export is back to life.

Hi, I have added outro text to the end of sequence, but when exporting this part is not visible. Before export there is message that "Sequence start and end points were set", but I cannot find how to include that text between those points. In the sequence timeline it is possible to set end point, but the last part, including outro text, is in "shadow" and there no possibility to set end point later in timeline. When playing sequence within VideoPad everything is working well. Thanks in advance for help!

I'm trying to export an MP4 using VideoPad 8.18, but the Export Queue is stuck at Preparing Export and does not progress passed 0.0%. My specs are: Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 7200 Eight-core processor 3.20 GHz Installed RAM - 16 GB 64-bit operating system I've tried exporting this video a few times letting it run for a couple of hours each time, but it never makes any progress. The MP4 file size remains at 164 bytes. Send help.

I am reviewing a video documentary to send comments to the video editor. I have bookmarked certain places in the video. Now I would like to send the text of the bookmarks with corresponding timelines to the editor. I do not wish to make a DVD. I need to email my comments. Or export as a soft copy. Urgent please help

When I updated my Videopad to the most recent version, whenever I export a video, it causes the video to flash between various clips when there is a cut. I changed the setting of the exports, but it does not seem to help. How do I fix this?
