I get the error message when I start the conversion: Low disk space, Save Failed ... There is more than 20 GB free space on the HDD, I restarted the Prism program, computer, too. I have delete the temporary files, empty recycle bin, but I keep getting the error message. Before, some conversions were successful, but now it stopped. Can anyone help me, what is the solution?

Hi there, I use the software in its French version. When I try to add a file (extension : ".df1" - this is an accounting software) it says there is an error in adding this file to the archive. Can anyone help me ? This is really urgent. Thanks & enjoy your day, Fred2022

Hey, y'all. I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I have the pro version of Express Scribe and every time I load a video file, it loads successfully. However, when I go to play the file, nothing happens. It just sits there like a beached whale. Audio files load and play just fine. I can convert any video files into audio files and transcribe just fine, but there are some drawbacks to doing this. For instance, I obviously can't see the video while I'm transcribing. And I've recently discovered that for long files, the timecode can drift by a few seconds for some reason. It would be extremely helpful if I could play video files on Express Scribe. Any ideas?

Whenever i stamp an mp3 to add album art, the previously blank genre becomes (148). Any ideas? Windows 7 64 bit. Ive tried multiple computers, multiple installs, same issue.

Hi there, Some how I have entered the wrong date when last reconciling and I have Rolled back to Previous, but it hasn't taken the date out! Now I am unable to reconcile the bank account until after 2/8/2020. Is there a way of fixing this please?

I've had the same problem with my video projects not being recognized and recoverable from a folder I have for my VP (.vpj) files. I am unable to pull in the project and continue the job from the .vpj files. It simply doesn't find them. Lost work! I read all of the other complaints and replies for fixing but I will I need to carefully save the work in some other way? . As I edit and develop my project I always SAVE PROJECT. I assume this saves EVERYTHING that I have done thus far. I'm thinking of saving the project as .MP4 and work with that format. Frustrating problem. I hope this problem can be resolved. Many of us like your products.

Hi I tried to open a project of mine that I was working on for a few weeks yesterday, when it came up with this message: It is saved on an external hard drive so I used another PC to try and open the project, but the same message came up. I tried to open previous projects and they opened up perfectly fine. I didn't notice anything strange when I saved my project last. Is there any way I can fix this problem and retrieve back the project I was working on? Thanks

How do you reverse and paid invoice to make it unpaid? I made an error and applied a payment to the wrong invoice - there does not seem to be a way to do this. The "help" text I found (copied below) DOES NOT WORK. When I select Payments of accounts payable I don't see a list of payments to be able to pick one to reverse How do I revert a paid invoice to unpaid? Select Payments of Accounts Payable from the View menu Click on the payment you would like to reverse to highlight it Click the Delete button on the toolbar Click the Delete button to confirm the reversal

The error message "Error opening file - Unable to create the new file" appears when the rip reaches certain tracks. It stops the rip until the problem track-files are unchecked. It has happened with a number of CDs. Express Rip performed OK to start with and the error messages only began to appear after I decided to buy a software licence. Now it prevents a few tracks on most CDs from being ripped. The track-files that create the error message do not present a problem for Windows Media, and they work with the Play functionality in Express Rip I have raised a support request but would like to know if anyone has experienced and solved this. Hello everyone, I haven't used VP in a while, so I just recently reinstalled it to my new PC. Now I am facing the following Problem: Whenever I import a video (I've tried different samples of personal recordings and online sample videos), the audio track shows completely empty, and the audio does not play when the video is played. I have edited a video project with a text clip at the start of the video followed by the video clips on a single track. When I export this to a video file it works correctly, but when I create a DVD Movie disc only the text clip is shown plus the sound from the video clips and no video. I a using Videopad Professional version 4.22. Jeff Asplin

I am using Disketch Label Software v3.03. I click on new to open a Blu-ray layout then I save the cover. When go back to work on my Blu-ray cover I saved it will not come up and gives me an “Unrecognized label layout template” error. I hope some can help me. Thank you.

After attempting to upload a movie to Youtube, Facebook and even save to my hard drive, I received the following message: "Failed to create your move. Could not initialize video output." What does this mean? How can work around it? I need this movie for a class I am taking, and it is due tomorrow. >_< Thanks, John PS, am running a pc w windows 7 Home Premium, SP1 on an HP DV6 notebook 64 bit, AMD Turion II P520 2.30 ghz. ok so the whenever i load a sound file or a clip with sound into videopad, it plays nothing. i looked at the waveform and it was flat. i played the files in windows viewing applications and it played perfectly, so uh... help

HHello, I've recently decided to give Voxel a try, but it doesn't seem to work for me. When I speak into the microphone, the 'volume' bar doesn't go up or down, no green 'bar'. Everytime I press record, it gives me this error, 'Voxel Is Waiting For An Application To Use The Microphone'. I just want to use it for normal purposes, aka I don't want to use any applications. My voice obviously didn't change. I'm currently using a Yeti Stereo Microphone (forgotten the product's name). I've followed all the steps on how to fix such a problem, but it still doesn't work. The only thing it fixed is that now I can hear my own voice when I am recording. How do I fix this? Thanks, in advance. Edit: Now it says the application is using the microphone (closed down all the other applications that might be using Voxel). Still no changes to my voice. It says the voice has been successfully applied.

PC Information: Windows 10 Home 64x Version: 1703 OS Build: 15063.608 Processor: AMD A8-4500M APU Hello, I downloaded this software, yesterday. I got home today and I attempted to use the software, however I keep getting the following error: None of the voice effects seem to be working because of this. I do not believe there is anything I can do about this.

Each time I try to open two of my mixpad files I get this error message: "Project data folder can't be found: MixPad cannot open the project data folder...Has this folder been deleted or moved?" I have not moved or deleted the project data folder, in fact it is right next to my audio file just like the rest of my mixpad files that are working correctly. What gives? why are these two files not opening when I have the project data folder in the right place?

My Videopad works fine, except i don't have any transition thumbnails. Theres "random", and nothing else, but when I click on it, it gives me an actual random transition, but I can't pick the ones I want. The solution for this is to reinstall Videopad, but THEN it says, How do I fix this? I can't access the computer as an admin. -
Hi, I recently upgraded my computer to an iMac which runs OS Sierra. It is a late 2015 model I believe. I uploaded Express Scribe Pro and have been using it but since having it on this computer the sound quality is absolutely appalling. I'm having to listen to transcripts 4 or 5 times before sending them off, which has resulted in a decline in the amount of work I can take on and also, the work I do take on takes me through the night to finish. Which is, obviously less than ideal. The audio emits a whine throughout on Express Scribe, which gives me a headache, yet when I upload the same pieces of audio to other programs, such as Wavepad, the audio is crystal clear! I have tried using the special audio effects options and, if anything, they just seem to make it worse. It is driving me absolutely mad and I'm so cross that I wasted money and so much time and energy on a program that I, currently, cannot utilise! Can anyone help?!!! NB. I use an Infinity foot pedal and Sennheiser headphones with Express Scribe, just in case that info makes a difference!

I have just recently started using the EA software for our accounts since my mother passed away who did our accounts previously. Due to being half way through the year I was entering old accounts payable and Paid accounts into the software. I came to pay off the previous Accounts payable but it said that the Cheque number I was entering was already in use I went to the cheque list and there was about 10 cheques that were on the list that should not be cheques and when you go to the payment method it was listed as CASH. I voided these cheques and it then said cheque number 211 (which is where is should be again). I then did another cash payment and now it says Cheque number 212 Now when I go to cheque list it says that all the cheques are void, the 211 is not on the list and I cannot issue a cheque under the number 211 which is the cheque that has already been paid in 2016 on our books. PLEASE HELP ME !! I am struggling to work out how to sort this out, is this a glitch in the system or something as cash/Debit card transactions should not be causing the cheques numbers to increase. I am using windows 10. Few days ago my laptop took an update. After taking that update, My Videopad software can't load any type of video file. It always alerts "Failed to Load Video File". Please give me a solution. I work in an IT Solution company. Two video project currently handling by me. If I failed to submit my project, I will face a vast problem. Please help me !!!

So, when I work on a video and place video effects in it, Videopad renders the effects in the editing phase. However, once exported, some video effects render while others show up as blue tints on the video. Is this a common problem? If so, how is it fixed? Thanks.

When I try to use the video capture of Debut software I get the error message "The device is opened by another program, Please close all programs that might be using the device and try again." I disabled all startup programs, rebooted the computer and I still get the same error message. The capture device is Pinnacle 710-USB. Does anyone have any idea on what could be running that is causing this error?
