This is embarrassing, but I've not updated my software for over 5 years, and I found out that I'm still on v4.11. I figured it's about time to upgrade, but I've lost my original Gmail account which I used to purchase the software, and now I can't find the registration code. Worst case scenario, I'm find with paying the full $70 for a completely brand new installation, but I figured I should try asking before I make my decision. Any suggestions as to what I could do to retrieve the original registration code?

Can I set up Copper so that it can apply a discount to a whole customer order rather than to each individual Item? Our business offers a discount if customers purchase more that a certain value of goods. Can this be set up?

I'm wondering if there's a way to have the program discount all items in the database a specific percent? We have a local event where all the shops in town discount everything for a day and I don't want to have to enter this for each customer at checkout.

Hi All. When using Express invoicing web access via a browser I can apply a discount to individual items but I cannot apply discount to the overall invoice total..? This option is available when creating an invoice using the full software version and is visible as an overall discount item when viewed via web access. How can I apply an overall discount to a invoice using web access without applying discount to each item listed in a invoice....?? Any feedback welcome. thanks

I realise that whenever I apply a discount to an invoice the discount appears in the item list. This reduces the subtotal cost of the items. Though the calculations are accurate, customers want to know the actual cost total cost of the items before discount. I think the discount should be repositioned below the subtotal. However if anyone has idea on how to do this then kindly help me out.

Is there a way to automatically apply a discount for say 5 or more of the same item? Our business does a lot of buy 6 and get one free on choice items or in otjer words 6 for the price of 5.

Hi, Is it possible to apply a discount perc after apply taxes? Example: Item price: 1000 Taxes = 18% Discount = 15% 1000 $ + Taxes(18%)- Discount(15%) = 1000 + 180 – 150 = 1030 $. Thanks is advance.

Is there any way to have the display look like this. Subtotal $450 Discount $50 Tax $24 Total $424 I would like my customers to see the discount they are getting. I believe this format would be ideal. Is there an option for this in express invoice? Dan
