I would like to completely delete a business that I screwed up in the initial setup. Start over. Can this be done? If so, How?

How can I delete multiple invoices or quotes from years ago? or how can I narrow down the aging report to be a customized period?

i registered two business and i wanted to delete one but i keep getting error message that i can't delete primary business how do i change the primary business?

I swear I've been using this software for the longest time since almost 4 years ago and ever since I downloaded the latest version being VideoPad 7.11, exporting videos has been a complete and utter frustration because of this unnecessary and buggy feature. I'm making a video with a video & picture overlay and no matter what resolution & framerate combo, the video constantly zooms in with one of the text elements being expanded despite always staying cropped and adding black bars. I've tried Auto match content but fixes to 16:9, auto match content to a given resolution, 1920 x 1080, etc. with both letterbox and crop and zoom options chosen and every f**king time, it's the same result, either being that cropped mess I was talking about, or vertically cropped as if you were watching it on a phone. I just want to export videos the same way I used to: regular widescreen, 1920 x 1080 at 60 frames w/ no glitched zooms and black borders. Honest question: was ANYONE asking for this feature? Because VP was perfectly fine for me minus the slow loads and outdated features until this annoying ass "necessity" was added. This just complicates exporting the video and because of it, I can't get this video to export normally like I always have no matter what options I choose. If there's an certain setup of resolution options or other options I'm missing, please enlighten tf out of me (I'm trying to put widescreen photos and pictures, 2 text elements cropped and scaled down, in the same widescreen format by 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps) because otherwise this feature shouldnt be there. I'm not the only one suffering from bug issues with this thing; there's a bug forum talking about this feature too. Why this feature was added is making me pull my hair out.

Hi, I am using Express Scribe to transcribe audio files of interviews. They are to be kept secure until the interviewee has agreed the content, then destroyed. I'm not sure about either saving them securely or destroying them - anybody any ideas?

Hi, I've been having some minor but slightly annoying issues since the upgrade to the dark coloured edition has been released. One of them is that every time I delete a clip that I don't want to use, the editor will jump to the top of the list instead of staying where I was when I hit the delete button. So let's say I have about 60 individual clips, I highlight No. 45 and for this I had to scroll to the bottom of the page. I then delete it but then all of a sudden the first clip will be highlighted, meaning it will jump to the of the video clip list. This can get a bit annoying when I have several dozen clips and I want to just get on with editing but I have to keep scrolling down because it keeps jumping up to the top after I delete a clip I don't need. I already find it really hard to locate a clip I am editing because I cannot see the highlight as it is all dark, but then it jumps to the top so I have to scroll down and figure out which is the next clip I want to edit. I think it is a bug in the system as it never happened in the previous versions. Is it possible to go back one stage in the upgrade for me? This dark theme is also very tiring on my eyes. Thank you!

I have a borderless graphic in my video which I'm scaling from 60% to 90% in 3 seconds. No matter if it's in preview or play mode, Videopad is placing a thin border around the image the whole time, which I don't want. How can I eliminate/delete this border? Videopad places the border around different versions of the same graphic -- jpg, gif and png. I'd attach an mp4 of this, but can't see how to do that in this forum. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi all, I do not charge tax so only need Total at the bottom of the amounts column. How do I remove this? Thanks Dave

HELP I have recorded a 50 minute audio recording twice because once I finish recording the entire clip comes off of the track. I can see the clip recorded button in the history but when I click on it nothing shows up in the site. Is there anyway that I can access these clips. I recorded both and verified that it recorded all the way through and once done recording when I hit stop the screen jumps and then it removed the entire 48 minute clip. I've done this twice. I don't have it in me to do again honestly and I'm on a deadline any suggestions that you have would help.

Problem 1: When I try to add 300 ms to each file in batch mode, it adds 2000 ms, not 300 ms. It evens shows 300 ms, but adds 2000 ms. When I reinstalled it, instead of false 2000 ms, it added 0 ms, not 300 ms that I needed and entered. That's true about adding to the end of files too. Problem 2: Is there any way to batch delete 1700 ms from start and end of a group of files? I couldn't find such a simple thing. Thanks.
