Hello, I have a mac. I made a clean install and lost my invoices I managed via the finder and the time machine to find my old invoices after typing ".dat" and looking for them manually. I imported them from my Time Machine. But when I open them I just have the name of my clients and the date right. I don't have the correct number of the invoice, I don't have the details of the invoice. I guess I need to find other files. So I am looking for the file with data for "item types" (I reinstalled the software, so my old invoices can't find the items I sold, so they are all empty now) Is there such a file? thanks a lot Cedric

PLEASE HELP! I've reset my computer to an earlier date and figured that it would just had saved some sort of NCH Express file to my computer and it wouldn't be deleted. I now know that I should have properly backed up my data before doing this. I've found all of the files that were created, but they are all in a TEXT DOC. that won't even let me open them. I've tried moving them to the new folder that was created when I re-downloaded the program. I get this message when trying to open the docs... : 10:30:27 Starting server engine... 10:30:27 Starting web server... 10:30:27 Starting web server (Non-secure) 10:30:27 Failed to connect to relay server (the server may be down). I have Express Invoice (v 3.40 Intel) on a mac runnning OS X 10.9.5. The hardrive is having issues so I am trying to move the data to new computer. I was able to "back up" the data to a usb drive, but when I try to restore on the new mac, I just get a spinning wheel. When I open the "force quit" window I see that Express Invoice is "not responding". I only have three customers and about 20 invoices worth of data. I see the data in the back up file on the usb drive but can't restore it to the new machine, which is running an "empty" registered version of Express Invoice v 3.40 Intel.

Hi I recently lost my computer where all the Express accounts data was stored. I didnt create the web account access at all, is there a way of retrieving the lost information anywhere?

Hi, when the time limit is reached, how does Verity go about terminating programs? Does it somehow 'ask nicely' allowing program to manage it's own shutdown process to prevent data loss?
