My accountant has asked for a "General Ledger Detailed", this means all entries in a spreadsheet. Is there a simple function which will produce this sort of report? I am guessing it could be a CSV export, Though cannot find where I could export .csv data? I am hoping I could do this for specific dates also? Thank you!!!

I work for a small office that has used ACT! for storing contacts (phone numbers, emails, addresses, company titles) and for logging histories (we add notes to contact entries and create reports tracking our submissions). We want to use a cheaper, more reliable CRM database. Can any former ACT! users share their experience here switching to Reflect? Specifically, can you explain how you transferred your contact database and if you were able to create history reports in Reflect?

Buenas tardes.

Hi, I have invoice file back up files which we require to convert to csv format. This has not been possible because the .dat file is not structured properly and it contains a lot of noisy/rogue characters. 1. The header detail is followed by equal sign, e.g customer=Jon Smith 2. Where there are supposed to spaces between records, the spaces are denoted by special characters, e.g Jon%20Smith How do I get a clean copy of the invoice backup without all the data noise in a csv format?

I want to change the hue of a video with the tempo of a song. Currently, I split video clips up so that their duration is a multiple of the duration of a musical "measure", and then I make a template with hue such that transitions in hue occur at the beat of the song. Then I save it as a template. Every song has a different tempo though... Using the GUI is really tedious and repetitive. I would like to make a simple CSV file (with google sheets or excel) with time, parameter, and value columns. Perhaps there's a good way to manipulate the "curve handles" with the CSV too, but I won't ask for that much. Obviously, importing CSVs could be useful for several video effects' parameters, but the most useful for me would be "Motion" and "Hue." I don't want to sound naive, but this can be achieved pretty easily, right? I'd gladly pay a reasonable fee to upgrade to get these features.

I want to use bookmarks to precisely mark the beat for songs when making music videos. If I could import a CSV file to label all the bookmarks, this would save at least a 1/2 hour of time per video. It would be nice if the time could be input in seconds - then there's no need for the program to parse the ":" and I can just do a simple formula using the BPM to convert to the time of each bookmark. I don't care about the bookmark color or name so much when importing the file, so maybe that information can be optional when making a CSV and just have sensible default values for them.

I understand how to import a .csv file. I do however suspect that this application would require a specific prepopulated template csv which you then use to fill in the data. Can anyone advise me where/how I can access this csv template?

I have not had any luck with the CSV import (invoice) feature. I choose my CSV file, then match the headers with the fields in Express Invoice and import. It says 34 successes 2 failures. (The two failures are because of a blank line and a total row. This is fine.) But, when I return to the invoice list, there is nothing there! The period is set to "ALL". The help documentation is pretty sparse when it comes to the import process in general. Any ideas?

Attempting to import a CSV customer list created in Excel with no response. Tried saving it as a "standard" Windows CSV and as a DOS CSV. In either case, I can select the file to import (it's a customer list), it finds it, and the Next button is outlined. When I click Next it goes to the Match Data Fields Click To Assign dialogue. I tell it that the data begins on Row 2. Then when I click on Click to Assign in any row including (required) Customer Name, the row highlights, but there's no response to a click. If I go ahead and click the Import button, of course, it tells me that the Customer Name header must be assigned to continue. What am I missing??? Thanks.

I downloaded the Copper for use and then later notice the additional software inventoria. I have since then made a purchase for Inventoria. Issue I have now is I have scanned all my products in Copper and need to make sure all that products sync to Inventoria. The current sync is from Inventoria to Copper and not the other way around. I cannot seem to locate an export function either. I was hoping to export the items out of Copper and import them into Inventoria. Can I please get some help? Thanks.

I'm trying to import data into copper, but I'm having trouble decimal values of the products; the program is importing only integers. Does anyone know how I can do to fix this?

Why when i import CSV file do they not appear in the imported part of the import csv files screen so i can match them

I have been playing around with this for a little while and am trying to import a .csv file into the program. I can't find anything to help me in the support or through google. I keep getting the message "You haven't matched any records. Would you like to continue the matching process?" I get my data in the import field and there is nothing in the "Copper Fields" or the "Matching Import Fields" columns. Any help would be appreciated.
