I have a problem with exporting whenever i want to export a video it crashes my pc or occasionally the software. I don't know why. It's not from low memory and I doubt it can be a hardware problem. If there is something that can stop my pc from crashing while exporting it'll be really helpful cuz I really do like the software. My PC: 12gb ram ddr4 CPU: Ryzen 5 3500u GPU: radeon vega 8 graphics Not some high end pc but I think it's enough

So i just bought the commercial license for voxal and when i first downloaded it, before activating the key and restarting the computer, it worked perfectly fine. After restarting my computer, it crashes everytime i preview or does it randomly, and it doesnt pick up on my microphone anymore. Does anyone have any solutions for this? If not I am probably just going to submit a refund since the product doesnt work at all.

Videopad not able to handle video effects on overlay used 8.63 version. I am using a paid version of videopad. i emailed them with my registered email id. Some steps were told i followed everyone of them to the T. the version that was asked to install in the instructions was 6.01. when i did it woudnt open the file that was edited in version 8.63. there was a updates beta version of F 8.64 which was unreleased i tried with that also but the effect was same as version 8.63 with the hang ups crashing. the laptop i m using is lenovo i7 10th gen processor with 16 gb ram with nvidea 4gb graphic card. earlier i used videopad in mac - this software was running better in mac but in windows its not performing the same. i regret buying this software. its not only wasted my money and my time.

Hi. I've been using Videopad for a while, just posted a few days ago about an upload problem, now I've worked that out somewhat, but another huge problem popped up. I'm editing a video and anytime I try to do an "effect," the effects screen goes white, my mouse turns into an hour glass and the effects screen flashes- from white to flat out not existing, and eventually does nothing. Please, please help. Thank you.

I'm running Inventoria 3.58 on Windows 10. I've run into a problem which I have reproduced over and over when trying to transfer stock from one location to another. On the Transfer stock window, when the 'Find' button is clicked the program goes into a 'Not Responding' state for a bout 5 minutes, then the window crashes and returns to the main screen- although the application stays up. My database only consists of 1100 items, this should not cause the Find function to crash. If I don't use the Find, the operation executes ok. Hence there's a problem with this function. Rob

I just purchased photostage. I made a slideshow of pictures and a couple of songs. (No file has been moved.) When I saved it using "Save Slideshow...", I chose .mp4. The file created could not be opened with QuickTime. (I have the last version.) Then photostage crashed. Now, when I click on the file to open it, I am asked if it crashed, I click yes, then it says that some of the files could not be found. They will be shown in red. I click ok. But, there are no files listed in red. After all of the files are loaded, I get the error: Abnormal Signal Crash ... you received a "SIGNAL10" exception code. Regardless of what I click, I get a spinning ball (Mac) and the program freezes. I have repeated this often. Does anyone have any ideas to help me? I have sent a couple email to NCH, but they have not responded. It seems to me that if I buy a program, it should work. Why should I need to pay to get help for a program, when I understand the basics, in order to get it to work? It seems just plain wrong.

I have Express Accounts Version 4.73 for MAC. I am having issues with it freezing and greying out all icons when I try to open a Purchase Order created. This may be a bug issue and perhaps has been sorted with a new upgrade however on the NCH website I can't find any way to check if I have the latest version or to find and download new upgrades. If I type into search "upgrade" I just get the page to Up price my program, not helpful as I have paid the premium support package but I'm still waiting for a reply to my Tech Support question. At the moment I am having to force quit the program. Are there any upgrades? How do I find them? Is there another solution for my issue? Hope someone can help me as I'm very frustrated with this problem. Thanks, Helen

Any ideas why my Photostage (2013) keeps crashing every few minutes? Frustrating because I know it's fine software if I could get it to stay up. Tech support suggests clearing cache, which I've done - no joy. I also tried the same project with VideoPad, and that kept crashing too. I have had no problems with other photo or video editing software, just the NCH suite. I'm on Windows 7 btw.
