Need help Asap I just upgraded my Software for copper and after a few uses of my bar-code gun/scanner it quit scanning all it does is recognize the gun on the desktop and in the device manager but it will not scan anything in copper etc it gives me a error within copper saying device not recognized when i go to configure it within copper the barcode reader is a symcode mj-2808-b im not sure if its and issue with copper or with the reader any help would useful

Hello All, 1. Trying to enable speech to text function in Express Scribe ver 5.56. Windows voice recognition is installed and works correctly. 2. Under Express Scribe Options > Speech to Text tab > checked box Enable speech recognition User-specific profiles > Add > User ID 0, Profile "Default Speech Profile" > OK User ID is populated with 0, Profile is blank Click OK > popup balloon saying Invalid profile for user 0 3. See screen print at http://screencast.com/t/VO9o9LA1F7C 4. Express Scribe uninstalled. Computer restarted. Express Scribe re-installed. Same error. Computer: Windows 7, 16Gb RAM, i7 processor Thanks in advance for your help! Max -
I'm using VideoPad v 3.51 and cannot seem to find the deshaker configuration settings uder "options" as described in other threads. The options window contains these tabs: Display, media, editing, export, disk. Nothing there about the deshaker. How do I configure the deshaker option?

Hi, I am testing the software for a Meat Store and the rounding feature is not working, I had configured Rounding Settings as following: Round all Payment Types, Rounding Interval: $1.00, Always round up to the next higher interval. My Regional Setting are: Current Order: $18.00, Current Digits:$18.00, Number of Decimal Places for Quantity: 3. For Example: Customer wants a piece of Pork, its weight was 0.365 kg, the price of this piece is $76.00 kg (Unit Value). So when I select the item with correct weight 0.365 (Qty) it shows in “Line Total” $27.72 and in “Total” $27.72. Should show $28.00 on both fields. Do anyone can help me on this?? Thanks! Karl

Good afternoon. I'm trying Axon PBX for use in our home bussiness but i have very few knowledge, Im looking to use 5 extensions and 3 regular phone lines the first is for receive and the others to call, so i get an linksys pap to conect to a couple phones and download etalk for starting, I didn't have problems and I call from the phone to etalk just fine. Now i got an used gateway (but it was working) with 4 FXO but i just don't understand how to configure it and the Axon for use the extensions to call and receive from my regular phone line, I hope somebody will bring me some help before I buy another hardware and the complete version of the software. The gateway is GW0420 by Vanacces, but I found very a few information about it. Thanks in advance. Isaac Arellano P.D.
