I'm brand new with video/audio recording, and probably don't really know enough to ask the right questions, so please bear with me. I'd like to be able to use Debut to record video/audio with either a webcam or a Nikon D7200 camera. Using my Logitech c922 Pro Stream webcam works fine. After doing a lot of web searching I installed the video capture program SparkoCam, which works fine with the webcam and with the Nikon. However, it has limitations, which is why I'd like to use Debut. I don't see any way to make Debut hook up with the Nikon. Any suggestions? I can select video settings in Skype that hook up to the webcam directly, or through some magic to SparkoCam. It all works fine. But I can find no equivalent settings in Debut to hook up with SparkoCam. Perhaps I'm going about this the wrong way, so I'd like to get comments to educate myself. Thanks!

When I plug my camera into my computer I always get that popup from videopad that lets me copy and load the files super easily. Well I checked the box "don't show again" thinking it would just always automatically load the files, my thinking was wrong. how do I get that popup back?

So I am trying to utilize my outdated iPhone as a network camera. I used an app called Web of Cam that allows me to broadcast a live feed on an IP address. In this case, it broadcasts on the IP 192.168.1.100:8080. When I try to use Debut's network recording option and put in the IP address, it fails to connect every single time. I've tried all sorts of variations to make it work but it does not. What can I do to fix it?

When receiving a SIP call from a "door ip sip camera" everything is working perfectly except that I don't receive any video from the camera, and there is no even a video player window poped-up in order to display the video coming from that camera, I believe that I configured settings and ports correctly so that everything has to work fine, so what is the problem. Keep in mind that there isn't even a (video player) window. thanks in advance. -
Although I can easily connect to both of my Foscam IP Cameras using IP Camera Tool I cannot connect to Debut. I think it may have something to do with the security that is built into both cameras. I tried to set them up to be open for connection without a userid and password but the camera firmware would not allow it. The first screen requires proper logon id and password to access the camera. Debut seems to be able to handle this. However, to display video from the camera another screen requires selection of Server Push Mode for proper video display on my Mac. I don't know if Debut has an option to enter this final selection but if it could I believe I would be able to connect with no problem. Any one with some suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is there any way to zoom the camera using debut? I found a zoom option under Options > Devices > Device Settings > Camera Control but its not selectable. Is there something I have to do first or do only certain webcams work with it? What am I missing? I appriciate any tips or other ways to zoom.
