I need assistance / instructions for backing up Voxal data and registered with step by step. I accidentally cancelled back-up prompt shortly after I put registration code today. Then when I want to backup, there's no options for backup in voxal software. By the way, I'm using Unlimited, Home Edition version of Voxal. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there! Hope someone can help me. I have a folder where Express Invoice makes monthly backups, and where I have made numerous manual backups via Tools, as well. It's under Users\mycomputername\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software. My backups with their folders and .dat files were all there. Recently I had to go back a few years to check up on old invoices, and realised that all those files that once contained my data, when openened now, has only one folder called Web. When I open Web it has the following JS Script Script files: ajax, combobox, datepicker, datetime, popup, postfile, table. Please help!!

Hello, I have a mac. I made a clean install and lost my invoices I managed via the finder and the time machine to find my old invoices after typing ".dat" and looking for them manually. I imported them from my Time Machine. But when I open them I just have the name of my clients and the date right. I don't have the correct number of the invoice, I don't have the details of the invoice. I guess I need to find other files. So I am looking for the file with data for "item types" (I reinstalled the software, so my old invoices can't find the items I sold, so they are all empty now) Is there such a file? thanks a lot Cedric

Specs: Inventoria Stock Manager v 3.45 Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit Manually backing up to shared network folder or local USB drive works fine, with no UAC or other permission issues encountered for basic user. The backup scheduler is enabled before clicking 'Back up Now' or 'Save'. Neither button seems to activate the scheduler. Computer is on 24/7, and Inventoria is running pretty much all the time. Have not attempted administrator login or 'run as administrator' yet.

PLEASE HELP! I've reset my computer to an earlier date and figured that it would just had saved some sort of NCH Express file to my computer and it wouldn't be deleted. I now know that I should have properly backed up my data before doing this. I've found all of the files that were created, but they are all in a TEXT DOC. that won't even let me open them. I've tried moving them to the new folder that was created when I re-downloaded the program. I get this message when trying to open the docs... : 10:30:27 Starting server engine... 10:30:27 Starting web server... 10:30:27 Starting web server (Non-secure) 10:30:27 Failed to connect to relay server (the server may be down). Hi, Where are Express Invoice data stored under Windows 10 please? And how can I change the default folder? I'd like to backup my data overwriting the previous data. I don't like to have a folder for each backup date, it is useless and after a while it takes a lot of space on the disk. So I'm trying to think of an alternative backup option. Any ideas are welcome :-) Thanks!

I have Express Invoice (v 3.40 Intel) on a mac runnning OS X 10.9.5. The hardrive is having issues so I am trying to move the data to new computer. I was able to "back up" the data to a usb drive, but when I try to restore on the new mac, I just get a spinning wheel. When I open the "force quit" window I see that Express Invoice is "not responding". I only have three customers and about 20 invoices worth of data. I see the data in the back up file on the usb drive but can't restore it to the new machine, which is running an "empty" registered version of Express Invoice v 3.40 Intel.

Dear forum members and NCH MSRS team, Over recent years I have accumulated ~10GB of files in the Backup and Recordings folders of MSRS. Because they are precious I wish to archive them successfuly for >100 years or preferably 1000 years. (no, I am not joking here) What recommendations does NCH have for this issue? Assuming the use of archive quality DVDs (100yr life claimed), how can playability be ensured in those timeframes? What is necessarily to be included in such an archive so as to ensure playability of these files? I look forward to your replies. prc1747
