I have Axon set up with the Axon Agent and the USB telephony device here ( http://www.altoedge.com/telephony/telephony-usb-board-2-lines.html ). It's set up through my Comcast/Xfinity phone line. The system appears to answer the phone and go into the HOLD mode fine; it plays the message and the chimes. This may sound stupid, but how do I actually pick up a call? The USB unit has a conventional telephone handset input, but when that is plugged in, it just puts the line "off hook." I plan to use a headset to take calls. Suggestions are welcome; thanks ahead of time.

I configured and run Axon Virtual PBX on my pc and it's working properly, now what I'm trying to do is connect Axon to our local PBX which is on another local network but I haven't been able to get it to work. In detail: - Our local PBX has FXO lines connected to it to make outside calls. - Our local PBX is on another network. - I need Axon server to connect to our PBX to make outside calls from devices connected on Axon. - Our PBX is on 192.x.x.x and Axon on 172.x.x.x. - Firewall is also installed so I think there should be routing and port forwarding. Your help is much appreciated guys.

Hello, I installed IMS and Axon and set up Axon and it's working fine. But I can't set up IMS to work proberly with Express Talk or Axon since when I call 197 for On-Hold Music the Axon log displays: 18:41:09 Cannot find any contacts for extension "197" 18:41:09 The extension you are attemption to dial 197 [On-Hold Player] may need an external related programs to be installed. Please see Help -> Install Related Programs. I have installed IMS after Axon and Express Talk but in Express talk it's detected but isn.t playing MOH when the caller is put on hold. Sincerely, anzeana
