Hello, I just installed the latest version of NCH Debut. (7.05) I want to record my screen in a MP4 file. Where is the option to change the recorded video file type with NCH Debut 7.05 ? Right now, I can't only record .avi which are bigger. I'm 100% sure that I was able to record MP4 file before. Is it possible to do this with version 7.05 ? Thanks for your help

I bought VideoPad about a month ago, good to go there, my question is related to both Prism and VideoPad. I was trying to convert from avi to mp4, which happened pretty quickly within Prism, but when I go to load the converted mp4 file into VideoPad, it fails, unable to open file, I believe is the error dialog, why? What am I missing?

I captured a bunch of VHS tape using an analog-to-DV-video capture device (a SONY DVMC-DA2 media converter). The result was a huge 720x480 .avi file. I first converted this to an .mp4 file. I am trying to produce a 4x3 DVD from the .mp4 using videopad. I am struggling with getting the settings right, so that the DVD provides an image that is full screen in a 4x3 window. So far no luck. Can someone please suggest a process to getting this created? While we're at it, is there a way to reset all videopad parameters to default, to be sure I am starting out well? Thanks! Steve

Today I recorded a bunch of different videos for a project im working on, I imported all of the videos into video pad and edited the first minute of the video. I closed the project and opened it back up and now randomly it thinks half of the video files are audio files. I tried deleting them and importing them again but video pad still thinks they are audio files. I also tried importing them into Windows movie maker and movie maker reads them as video files which is what they are and I opened the file to view the video and it played as a video but whenever I import it into video pad it thinks it's just an audio file.

I recently upgraded from VideoPad free version 3.81 to 4.22 or so, and I remember that the free version was limited in that it couldn't export video in a certain file type, but it still could. Now with the 4.22 "demo" version, I can't export video period. Like, seriously, if I could do that in previous free versions, why would you remove it? -
Hi, after running malware software (Spy Boat), my Videopad software changed for the worst. I've decided then to reinstall it but now the rendering is coming out corrupted (.AVI format). I also have the impression there are some files missing. Here is the list I have (all applications): deshaker ffmpeg12 uninstall videopad.exe Never thought a malware software could be so harming. Any help Please ?? Thanks

I am trying to load a video file (avi) and it'll only partially load. I've upgraded top Pro and it still will only partial load - like 26 minutes of the 1:10 hours. Any ideas why?

trying to convert a dvd to avi and keep getting the error saying abnormal execution problem im using version 1.20 on winXP computer.
