Hi, Without any warning, I can no longer access the Accounts List in Hourguard. It used to pop up, but now it freezes the app and I have to restart it each time. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Many thanks Tracy

I have just installed Express Accounts and wanted to get used to it and did dummy invoices. Only thing is I can not reset the income and profit to zero even though I have deleted the invoices. Can somebody please help as need to get this up and running. Many thanks for your time.

Hello everyone, I came across a very strange issue today and I would like to ask if there is any workaround for it. Whenever I preview or print an Invoice, Statement, Receipt etc inside the software looks very different from a Saved PDF out of the software. I am thinking about purchasing this software. I am coming in from QuickBooks online. They had a feature with customer sub-accounts. Do you know if your software allows for customer sub accounts. Example: Main customer Houston Loc. San Antonio Loc. Dallas Loc. etc. We have a customer with 1 billing address and multiple service locations. When they pay with one check, how do we split the payment among separate locations? I downloaded the software trial and I see groups, but I couldn't apply a payment across 2 group members. Is there a way to do this? Thank You

I have a company which i am using paid software since 2013. Now i tried using the same as multiple business, and it merges the bottom line. Can I run two instances of EXPRESS ACCOUNTS on the same machine ?? Is it safe ??

I have purchased a license for this software but it was a while ago. Its version is 4.72. Can someone tell me whether this is the latest version, and if not, how I can get an update? Can I just go to the website and download the latest and overwrite the current version? Doesn't seem to be any information about updates anywhere. Thanks Richard Adams

Can i allow user access to only the invoice section of express accounts. i want to give that right to my staff so that she cannot have access to accounts sections. The current user access allows the person to have access to all parts except the user security settings.

I installed both express invoice and accounts on the same PC. When running express invoice from PC direct it gives me the option to update payments to express accounts. This option is not available when using web access. Please help me on how to do this. Better still how can i link the two programs when using web access. Thanks

Does anyone know if (and how) I can create a pro forma invoice on express accounts? I've tried to look but can't find anything. I have an Invoice which I need to split into two payments (a deposit and amount after the service) while keeping the same Invoice number! Any help would be much appreciated!!
