Hi there! Hope someone can help me. I have a folder where Express Invoice makes monthly backups, and where I have made numerous manual backups via Tools, as well. It's under Users\mycomputername\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software. My backups with their folders and .dat files were all there. Recently I had to go back a few years to check up on old invoices, and realised that all those files that once contained my data, when openened now, has only one folder called Web. When I open Web it has the following JS Script Script files: ajax, combobox, datepicker, datetime, popup, postfile, table. Please help!! -
Hi, I want to know how to block properly url, I use on reporting Prohibited URLs but not work well. I want to block Youtube and I put this: www.youtube.com,https://www.youtube.com/*,youtube.com/*,https://www.youtube.com,https://www.youtube.com/* but searching on google Youtube and entering from there, it not block. Please, let me know how to do well. Regards.

Hi, First of all, thank you for your great software, awesome work ! And thank you for making it affordable. I have a question tough, Why the link to the free non-commercial version is hidden for visitor who don't come from search engine results page ? http://i.imgur.com/ouIpeY3.gifv I don't understand, it would be way much user friendly to provide this free version to everyone. My mother used video pad and she panicked because she wasn't able to export her project (only a commercial pop up appeared when clicking on render) on which she was working since hours, and I felt guilty because I told her to use VideoPad cause it was free and cool, then I discover that she didn't install the real free version because... the link was hidden for her. Thanks for your explanations.

Hi I have recently purchased this software and am having problems accessing it from home. We have the main program on a PC in the warehouse and I do the accounts from home on a mac. When I type in the address the progrm gives me at home on my mac it just says that the server is down. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know of a way to solve it? Many thanks Val

My company is new to using Express Invoice via the web. We have access to the primary user and the information that she imputs via the web, but we cannot make changes. When I click record I get a message that says "All items with a quantity must also have a Description" when there already is a description. The primary user get a copy (draft) with no edits. What are we doing wrong? Is there something we did not set up correctly? Thanks, Melody
