Hi everyone, I've been using Videopad for years and this is the first time I've had this issue come up. Today I was editing a video in VP and parts of the video suddenly started appearing in black and white with weird ditko dot like artifacts with random colors. I finished the project just thinking it was an issue that would go away but when I exported the videos the coloring errors and artifacts were still there. So to fix the issue I first tried updating to the latest version of VP but the issue was still apparent. Then I tried uninstalling vp and when that changed nothing I uninstalled again clicking the option to remove all data and still nothing happened. Lastly I started a new project and put in some different footage to see if there was an issue with the original mp4 file and the same issue showed up. The weirdest part is I do reaction content to animated shows and this issue doesn't seems to have an effect on the animated show mp4s i add to the project only the real footage I've recorded. Hi, I just installed Express Animate this morning and it seems to be a really good tool, but I can't figure out how the Mask Tool works, and it seems there nothing documented about it. Can someone point me in the right direction? -
I have a problem with exporting whenever i want to export a video it crashes my pc or occasionally the software. I don't know why. It's not from low memory and I doubt it can be a hardware problem. If there is something that can stop my pc from crashing while exporting it'll be really helpful cuz I really do like the software. My PC: 12gb ram ddr4 CPU: Ryzen 5 3500u GPU: radeon vega 8 graphics Not some high end pc but I think it's enough

I have just installed Express Accounts and wanted to get used to it and did dummy invoices. Only thing is I can not reset the income and profit to zero even though I have deleted the invoices. Can somebody please help as need to get this up and running. Many thanks for your time.

Hello, I am pleading. I live in a single resident occupancy unit in Oakland,ca. for 3 years I have been harassed and abused by the manager and 2other male tenants. they have been watching me in my unit. I hear them and try to record with my iPhone.it is very distorted to others but.I can hear them clearly. I don’t know where to go or what to do. Please someone help me before I go crazy, Thank you

Hey all, I'm trying out voxal and I really like it! I want to use it for streaming--i.e to distort my voice for streaming so it's almost impossible to tell what I'm saying. The problem is, i'd only want this to be picked up by certain software like OBS, so I can be on call with someone with my normal voice. I know it's a bit convoluted, but I wanted to know if there was any way to make voxal show up as a virtual input thing (like a separate microphone), or another way of doing this. I thought if I had a program open before opening voxal would make tha tprogram "exempt" from voxal effects, but it's still modifying my voice. Thanks for reading and the help!

what about the ads? I paid for them not to appear and they are still there, blocking the work bar and I can't remove them, I have sent several emails and there is no solution, does anyone else have this?

Whenever i add a fade out it always freezes on the last frame for the duration of the fade out. The fade out itself is working but as the clip is fading out the only visible part of the clip is the last frame. anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, Lately I've been having a weird issue with VideoPad. When I'm doing editing and need a popup to appear (to add an effect/change audio etc) the popup seems to appear behind the program. I can't click on it, nor can I bring it to the front by alt-tab. I've already tried reinstalling the program, but that didn't help. Anyone know how to fix this?

Well, I'm here in 2021 and using VP 5.11 and I can't sync my videos. These are videos uploaded from DVDs - both commercial ones and home-made ones. Mostly I just want to put my video collection onto one big drive. For short videos the problem isn't apparent. But for any video over about 30 minutes the video lag is obvious and painful to watch. The thing is, both the video and audio track line up at the start and end, so I can't figure out what is going on. It's all very well discussing versions, formats, video and audio cards etc. This ought to work absolutely fine in any half-decent computer from about 2013 onward, frankly. If there is an obvious fix, please, somebody hit me with it, but otherwise I'm just going to start asking around for better software. If I have to pay for an upgrade then I'm just going to shop around, 6 month grace or not. This all just damages confidence in the product.

Hey, y'all. I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I have the pro version of Express Scribe and every time I load a video file, it loads successfully. However, when I go to play the file, nothing happens. It just sits there like a beached whale. Audio files load and play just fine. I can convert any video files into audio files and transcribe just fine, but there are some drawbacks to doing this. For instance, I obviously can't see the video while I'm transcribing. And I've recently discovered that for long files, the timecode can drift by a few seconds for some reason. It would be extremely helpful if I could play video files on Express Scribe. Any ideas?

Hey guys, I make music and I wanted to put my music up on YouTube, so I went to use VideoPad to edit quick music uploads for YouTube. I had this problem before years ago, so I used a different video editing program, but that program started glitching so I went to use an updated version of VideoPad. However, whenever I export, the music sounds wrong. The audio quality is very low quality. I want high quality audio for my music on YouTube, but VideoPad doesn't seem to work like that for me, any ideas on how to fix this?

I just purchased the Platinum plan for WavePad. In trying to submit my help question, the password I entered was not accepted. I only have the one password for NCH but apparently I need a different one that I don't have. I don't know how to contact anyone to get a password.

Basically my export video does not look like the exported version. My video has 3 video tracks and 2 audio tracks. The eye icon is ok and all are visible for output. In preview all looks perfect. When I export the video file in HD 1080p to my laptop the video looks great except my video track 1. It contains a video that repeats itself 9 times (each clip is saved under its own name). It is used as a background (behind) video track 2 because some of my videos on track 2 were shot horizontally. The background video shows up in the export version only for the 1st clip....the other 8 don't show up. In the preview mode they all show up just fine. I have exhausted all my solution ideas and I need help. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am presenting this video in 4 days. I have Video Pad professional v 7.11. I paid for this software.

So I recently downloaded Voxal Voice Changer for fun and games. Troll and vibe with my friends and all that. But when I tried to use it for the first time, The mic sounds all choppy and distorted, kinda like someone having bad wifi. It would be nice to be able to use it without that. Im also using this on a mac btw. -I also tried previewing it on voxal alone without any other apps that uses mics on in the background.

As the title says, Voxal is recording properly, and is using the microphone fine, but for reasons unknown to me, it won't apply any filter I select, and when I do record my voice, it isn't showing my mic level as I record either. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so I'm having an issue where I may have accidently changed a setting. My computer isn't muted, I can hear everywhere else but on vidopad, the audio is linked. Also, the audio bar is moving as I should hear, but I can't. I cannot trim and edit at all if I can't hear PLEASE HELP I NEED IT IN A FEW HOURS! Also, I have the version 8.99 if I need an older version please tell me how to download it.

I just bought 6.14 in February. I thought it worked back then but I haven't used it much. I need it now. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I want to screen record my site online to make a video illustration. When I open the software, I get a smaller black box inside the black screen. When I hit record, it stays black. I have to hit record and click to go online while recording. It never shows the online picture in the smaller picture. This makes this product completely useless for what I need now. Secondly, the highlighter only shows on the small black screen and not on my screen recordings. Lastly, on the youtube videos it shows screen options on the bottom left of the screen, I don't have any options like that. I have updated the software, so its not that. PLEASE HELP

For a project that I'm doing for class we all need to have the same background but I wasn't able to get the background to work during our zoom recording. How do i change my background on Videopad to match those of my classmates. I just need my background changed. I can put the image over my face but not set it as the back ground itself. Is it even possible?

Hi, I recently upgraded VideoPad so that I could export to .MP4 and .MOV instead of always having to do .WMV, which takes a long time and kills the video quality. However, after exporting to BOTH .MP4 and .MOV, BOTH videos have glitches. The video completely cuts out and goes to a blank green screen for a second and then returns. Or there is a flash of pixelation like an old TV with a bad signal. Then it will go back to normal for a few seconds, and then cut out again. When I am editing the video in VideoPad, this does not happen in the preview. It only happens in the exported file. Exporting to .WMV does not do this. But it does cut the HD basically in half to look like I shot it on a webcam instead of a very good camera. Very pixelated, and it takes much longer to export. What's going on with the export to .MP4 and .MOV? That was the whole reason I upgraded; the fact that it is unusable is vexing to say the least. Put in a ticket with support but it's the weekend so who knows when or if I'll hear back, and I need to edit more videos this weekend!

Hello, I've been using Voxal for some time and i thought it would be nice if it had a narrator voice, any suggestions about what should i add to the custom voice to make it like a narrator one? (Deep voice, kinda like every voice in movie trailers)
