I want to export my customers into my phone contacts. I see the customers are individual .dat files. I guess I can import each file into excel and then export it to a CSV file. But that's pain full.

I was using VideoPad for weeks with no issues. Then, all of a sudden, it started acting up. 1. Audio not matching video upon export, even thought the audio and video in VideoPad matched just fine 2. Saved VideoPad projects taking forever to load when I reopen them 3. Saved VideoPad projects appearing in black and white when I reopen them, even though I haven't applied any effects One of my imported videos is 10.8 GB (took it on my phone). Another one that was experiencing issues was 5.3 GB. Is this causing the issue? I'm on the most recent version of VideoPad, and I've cleared my cache in VideoPad. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also, what the heck, I have to post a LINK to be able to add a screenshot? What is this? 1980? Honestly, my entire experience with this software is that there haven't been any improvements since the late 90s. So frustrating.

Hello, I am using VP v10.10 & I'm trying to export my whole video but some clips are not exporting. I've noticed the ones that are not exporting in the final result are the ones who don't have a green line above them (Not Rendered?) unlike the text that is fully exported regarding if some text clips have a green line or not above them. So text-wise is all good at the end in the exportation green line or not. What might the problem be with the clips then? What it does in the export is it keeps the previous ''green lined'' clip frozen at the last frame & displays the text that should be displayed onto the next clip on top of that frozen frame. So the text continues flowing as if there was no issue with the video. *Note that the Text & Clips are on 2 different video tracks. **Audio is fine too. Thanks!

I have been working on a project for a few weekends now, just a little skit thing for fun. It's 13 minutes in total, 8-tracks of video and 3 audio. I have no problem playing it in VideoPad, and I have not deleted any clips or anything, the project is intact in VideoPad - but when I export it (and I have tried MP4, MPG, and none have worked in Windows Media Player or VLC) random parts are blacked out. No video in these parts, but audio all throughout. Is there any way to fix this? It's very frustrating, especially as I've never encountered this problem with any of my other projects. -
Hello. This is what i have as my Lap top features. SO : WINDOWS 10 Processor: 1.5 GHZ Memory : 4GB RAM Storage : more than 30GB available. Software is too slow when saving and reproducing final video. AUDIO FREEZES, VIDEO FREEZES. And it takes too much time to saving and exporting the final VIDEO after making all the proper changes? ¿ Any advise about how to improve VIDEO PAD PERFORMANCE ( PAID VERSION ) ? Hi all, I have been a Videopad user for about 2 years and although I have had quite a few bugs, have never come across something so confusing. Every time I try to export this particular video the audio is perfect, but the video appears extremely out of sync and is even including parts of the cut down footage that aren't in the sequence!? I am currently using version 7.30 and would upgrade if it wasn't for having to pay again. Can someone please help, I have tried exporting in multiple formats, resolution and fps, researched online but nothing. Thanks in advance, Alex

Hello This is the first video I have made using Video Pad. After I export the video as an mp4 file and try to play it back, it works well for about six seconds or so and then freezes. The audio continues though and has no problems. Occasionally the video will shift to another frame, but it's still frozen. I have already cleared my cache, exited, and then tried to export again multiple times, but it still hasn't worked. The video is about three and a half minutes long and the resolution is 1080 x 1920. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

I'm working on a project with multiple video tracks and one audio track. I've attempted to export dozens of times. The exporting stops at 97.5%, or currently it is stopping at 99.5%. There have been other times when it seems to export with lightening speed, but there is no completed video just 2 seconds of black screen. I do not know what is stopping the file from completing.

Hi, I want to make a video for youtube. The video is vertical so I don't want the black bars (right, left) to be shown. Therefore I followed the instructions, duplicated the video, added it in Video Track 1 & Video Track 2, applied the effects Scale and Blur on Video Track 1 (is the lower Video Track). While the Sequence Preview shows the video exactly the way I want it when I'm exporting it to 1080p mp4 it's all wrong! I don't get the result I want... In Clip Preview though I don't see the result I want. I think I'm missing something but don't know what. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hello all I am new to NCH Software and am using express accounts. I apologise in advance for a stupid question. How do I export or print my chart of accounts. I have worked out how to add extra expense and income accounts. However my numbering system is all over the place. I guess i'm a bit of a nerd and want all my COA numbers to follow in a logical order. Thanks Sue

I'm trying to upload my first video to my youtube channel. And every single time I attempt to it says "Your account has no channels to upload to". But every time I go to youtube, I clearly have two channels that are both verified and give me the option to upload a video from my hard drive if i so choose. Is there something I'm missing?

I have been trying to export my channel intro which about 35sec long which usually shouldn't take that long but for some reason since I updated it to version 8.28 whenever I attempt to export it, it freezes on 94.7% and does not go past it. I have restart my computer several times and nothing seems to work out. I am running windows 10 on laptop.

Hey there, I wasn't having this issue initially, but after tinkering with VideoPad to get my images to actually Export, it no longer exports the entire video no matter what I think to do. The full file size of the video should be around 2 gig, but every single time it is only exporting the first 400mb and I have literally no idea what is happening. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

I just exported a pretty basic video that should run 4 minutes and 7 seconds. The exported version has an extra 24 seconds of blank, black screen at the end. A second or two would be okay but this is ridiculous. There is absolutely nothing on the tracks beyond the 4 minute 7 second mark. I used 8.4 with this result, then upgraded to 8.15. Same result. Solution?

I have a bunch of vertical video clips that I want to edit together with a few landscape clips. I want to edit all the clips so that they have the vertical video with blurry background to fill up the screen, and save them as new individual clips that I can just pick and choose to add to my project. However when I export the video, it appears to only save one video track, instead of both tracks. So it just saves the original source clip that I have used, instead of including the track underneath it with the zoomed/stretched/blurred effect. It's like instead of saving the sequence that shows the video as I would like it to, it just saves one track. What am I doing wrong?! I've tried so many times and am totally confused. I think I'm using v 7.24

Hi everyone This is a new issue on MixPad that hasn't happened to me before, but now it's with every export. When I listen to my song in MixPad, it's perfect. When I export it, it has little crackles in it through out. My settings are "no surround" (it comes up every time I click export), mp3, constant bitrate at 256. The render midi is grayed out and ticked. Could someone please advise as soon as possible? Cheers

"Videopad Video Editor Free" is a misleading title. The free version can be downloaded free and used for editing but you cannot export it anywhere, not even to your own computer unless you buy the product. What is the point in downloading and spending time on your precious video if you cannot export it or save to your own computer?. You do not come to know of this problem until you reach that stage! If you are not a professional,don't even look at this product.

How can I determine what YouTube Channel VideoPad will export to when I want to upload a new video....there doesn't seem to be a way to change from one channel to another when a person has more than one channel. Made a new video, tried to upload to where I normally upload the video to YouTube, but it suddenly went to a different YouTube channel I own. Any help would be most appreciated.

I am a newbie but have googled my question to no avail. When I "save as" an image that is 300dpi in PhotoPad it turns into a much lower dpi when I then reopen it on my desktop. How on earth do I retain the dpi integrity please?

I seem to be having an issue with exporting my videos, which is strange because it's never been a problem. Every time I try to export a video (and mind you, it's not even 2 minutes long, so it shouldn't be this difficult) the program crashes at about 10% completion. I've only gotten it to finish exporting once and it only had 10 seconds of my video! I'm using version 4.14 if that makes a difference! (I haven't been notified of an update recently)

Hello Recently i have decided to embark on a custom editing workstation however am on a budget and therefore doing heavy consideration in selecting parts and have already decided upon 16gb 3000mh DDR4 ram so now the main issue i have is choosing the cpu and whether to get one with a higher clock speed or high number of cores and threads in order to speed up the editing and exporting process and make things more efficient. Thanks for any suggestions or recommendations regarding this issue

Hello, I'm new to this, and so far have really had great success with the software. I've made nine recordings and they sound great in playback mode using MixPad. However, when I try to export them (convert) to MP3 or wav files, the quality drops tremendously, and it seems like the places where multiple tracks exist, the levels waver (that's about as close as I can come to describing it). It seems like the vocal track goes up and down in level in comparison to the rest of they music. Any ideas how to convert while still retaining the original quality?

I've been making more reaction videos to Red vs Blue season 15 recently, but screen capture software doesn't do so well on my PC, so I typically wait for the episode to release on YouTube, then just download the file, insert it and make sure it's in sync. I've usually already made all of my edits and rendered my actual reaction by the time the episodes release for the public on Sunday, so literally all I have to do is add another video track and lower the volume. But at times, it's taken up to 10 hours to render a 15 minute long video. I usually export with the 1080p preset, so in MP4 format and 29.97 frames per second. MP4 is the file type that YouTube is friendliest with, so I want all of my videos in the MP4 format. AVI and FLV can't be played on my PC anyway. And sure, while my PC specs aren't the greatest (4GB of RAM, Intel Pentium processor), a YouTuber called MurderofBirds has talked several times about how major of an upgrade getting his desktop PC was as compared to his 2007 laptop. It took his 20 minute reactions 2-3 hours to render, and he used Sony Vegas, so I'm wondering if only VideoPad has this problem, if it's the video, or if it's my PC. I need help, my dudes. (most of my other videos that aren't reactions export in 3-4 hours, such as reviews)
