I've been making more reaction videos to Red vs Blue season 15 recently, but screen capture software doesn't do so well on my PC, so I typically wait for the episode to release on YouTube, then just download the file, insert it and make sure it's in sync. I've usually already made all of my edits and rendered my actual reaction by the time the episodes release for the public on Sunday, so literally all I have to do is add another video track and lower the volume. But at times, it's taken up to 10 hours to render a 15 minute long video. I usually export with the 1080p preset, so in MP4 format and 29.97 frames per second. MP4 is the file type that YouTube is friendliest with, so I want all of my videos in the MP4 format. AVI and FLV can't be played on my PC anyway. And sure, while my PC specs aren't the greatest (4GB of RAM, Intel Pentium processor), a YouTuber called MurderofBirds has talked several times about how major of an upgrade getting his desktop PC was as compared to his 2007 laptop. It took his 20 minute reactions 2-3 hours to render, and he used Sony Vegas, so I'm wondering if only VideoPad has this problem, if it's the video, or if it's my PC. I need help, my dudes. (most of my other videos that aren't reactions export in 3-4 hours, such as reviews)

Hello everyone. This is Gabriel from Brazil, I've used Videpad Editor since about an year ago and I'm very pleased with it, haven't had any major problem until now. A week ago I started recording 1080p60fps videos and, after I edit them and export, the file exported has a pretty good quality but it doesn't maintain 60fps at some points. Every 20 seconds or so, the framerate decreases a lot, you can notice if even if you're not an expert. Any help of what might be happening? My setting are correct, 1080p, 60fps, Constante Framerate and 15.5 compression. Thanks a lot.

Hoping I can get some help. I absolutely love the interface and functionality of VideoPad - I'm a youtube hobbyist and it has everything I need and is really easy to use. Having said that, I produced my first video tonight and there was a significant drop in quality from the source to the produced video. The video looks great on YouTube: It seems to lose some quality on the download - I don't know why... There is some loss of quality on the download (not sure why) then when I encode it gets worse. I have set the quality to the highest and chosen 1080p 60fps in the encode settings. When I make a project in VideoPad, the highest preview resolution I can set is 1024x576. I would be interested in being able to set a higher resolution, like 1280x720 or 1920x1080. The reason is because when I edit video, the placement of overlays can get seriously messed up if I edit a video in 1024x576 and then export it at 1080p. For example, text I have at the bottom of the screen that I select to have a background color to be shown behind the text is perfectly in frame when editing at 1024x576, but when I export in 1080p, that same text is not in the proper place, leading to a portion of the text to be offscreen. You can replicate this problem (maybe) by putting some text on the timeline near the bottom of the screen and changing resolutions to see its placement change. I didn't change from a 16:9 resolution to a 4:3 or custom aspect ratio one either, all the resolutions I tried were 16:9 aspect ratio. So, this problem could be solved by changing the preview resolution to 1080p, right? Anybody know how I can go about doing that, or maybe it could happen in a future release?

I purchased a Logitech C903E web camera that supports recording at 1920x1080 at 30 FPS however Debut Professional, even after purchasing it, doesn't support 30FPS at 1080p. I looked in the registry to see if I could manually override the setting though apparently it is hard-coded. Additionally it seems there are zero improvements in the Professional version versus the Free version. I'm extremely disappointed at this point. What can I do short of a refund?
