I use browse to select an output folder, but the software changes that selection to a container folder ("Library/Containers/com.nchsoftware.pixillionfree/Data/Pictures/") that doesn't even exist on my iMac. I upgraded from the free to the paid version, still no luck. I tried selecting various different folders, still no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I can record from my cassette player, but I can't hear any sound while it is recording. I can hear it if I play it back on my computer, but I can't hear while it is recording. Is there a way I can hear it while it is recording?

I recorded a video clip in Debut and loaded it into VideoPad to edit the sound quality to remove background his. After editing the sound and saving the file as an MP4 file, when played back the video is now out of focus and I have no idea why. I have tried a number of ways around this, but cannot find a viable solution.

Hello there, I am recording my work on Ableton Live and the sound in the recording comes out fine on both ends (left and right) but my voice output (recorded from a microphone) only comes out from the left monitor/headphone side. How can I fix this?

I can't seem to find out how to set a particular folder as my output folder and the program is sending output to a place that's inefficient when working with multiple photos. Sorry for asking such a simple question.

I am a new user. I am using just regular photos and trying to burn to regular DVD to play in a regular DVD player. I have experimented with different output options and also different photo resolutions but I keep getting a very pixelled, digitalized image. What is the best format to put these in to get a better quality DVD? This is for photo stage.

I just started using VideoPad a couple months ago and love it. However, I've run into a bit of a problem. I was having trouble with convenient object selection (I wish it had more track selection options like Premiere, i.e. the ability to select all items on a single track) so to avoid those issues I decided to split up my most recent project into separate sequences. I did this because I noticed each sequence showed up as a media clip available for insertion in the timeline, so I created one "Master" sequence and dropped each of the respective Sequences onto the Master sequence sequentially. This seemed to work fine, however the output quality is terrible, across multiple formats and resolutions. I've read other posts which recommend outputting each sequence then combining them, but that seems like such a hassle when it would appear the program has this ability built-in. Is this not the intended use of the items in the Sequences bin, or am I missing something which would allow me to render each sequence (and in turn, my master sequence) at a higher output quality?
