Hi I'd like to link the 3 programs above together. Is this possible? Will a transaction in Copper be recorded in both ExpressAccounts & Inventoria simultaneously? Has anyone been able to do this? I'd like to know before I buy. Thanks Warwick

Hi, I have express accounts and inventoria installed on the same computer. I have linked inventoria to express accounts and can see the items loaded into inventoria from express accounts. When I edit or add items in inventoria, I am not seeing the change on the express accounts side. I have to delete all items in inventoria, then reload them with changes in order to see the new items in express accounts. What is the nature of the sync? Normally should the changes in inventoria automatically update in express accounts? Is this happening because both programs are on the same computer?

Inventoria : Ability to auto email low stock and monthly report

HI, 1. Can the software auto email when there is a low stock as per threshold limit. 2. Can it automatically email on a scheduled time/date, for example monthly report all of stock and monthly report of low stock. Much appreciated. Thanks. Version using: Inventoria 3.50 -
I purchased and installed Inventoria on my laptop for my business. I have since bought a desktop that we willbe using and want to switch computers. I have successfully installed it to the new computer (it is within the 60 days of purchase). My sync worked fine on my laptop but I cannot get inventoria and copper to sync on my desktop. I have checked ports/ip addresses and firewalls. I am at a loss. I keep getting cannot connect through port... I have tried both 1097 and 1096. Anyhelp would be appreciated. Thank you!

System MAC / MAVERICKS Express invoice V3.99 Inventoria V3.49 Express Invoice / Inventoria installed on the same computer. All network settings fine can run and use both programs separately. Can also access and use each program from web. express invoice crashed every time I tried to add item on invoice PROBLEM: Express inventory shows zero for QTY in everything, I tried migrate function and does not import the QTY! all part numbers and details are there but when I go to add items on invoice it immediately crash's due to zero stock. ODDLY: if I add inventory directly using Express invoice(add new item) its shows correctly and adds to invoice properly. - if I add item in express invoice it works correctly but does not show in item/description,qty in inventoria it randomly says in txt box right upper corner screen "Synchronization error - QUAN" LOL yes but how do we fix it!

Hello, Can anyone tell me if there is a way to modify the purchase order that is created when I "Order Stock"? I'm surprised that the Supplier Stock Number isn't on the generated report. Maybe I'm missing something somewhere? Also, I'd like to NOT have the Unit Price and Total appear on the report as my supplier gives a lot of discounts that vary monthy, and I'd hate to miss one because I'm listing the normal price. Thanks

Hi there, I was able to get Inventoria and Express Accounts to sync. At least I assume so because it pulled in all my item numbers, descriptions, and prices. But here's the issue: Inventoria is great because we're able to keep track of the stock in the different locations and to have a different location for labeled vs unlabeled. For example, here are some of our locations: WWH - L (labeled) WWH - NL (not labeled) Office - L Office - NL Internet - L Internet - NL As things move we move the product around to the different locations in Inventoria. We might bring some unlabeled product from warehouse to office (WWH NL to Office NL). Then put labels on it (Office NL to Office L). Then take some of that stock and put it on the internet shelf (Office L to Internet L). I've developed forms for movement of the product so we can just input the info into Inventoria. That's all good. But. Express Accounts wants to draw from one location. Well I can't do that because the product might come from more than one location. Or one invoice might come from the warehouse while the next one comes from the internet stock. My question is: Can Express Accounts sync to more than one location from Inventoria? Or is there a workaround that won't require a lot of extra steps (read: more chances for data entry errors!) -
Hi there, We've been using Inventoria and are fairly pleased with it. We're now trying out Express Accounts, but can't figure out what information it wants in the dialog box for the integration. Which is the server program? Access Authorization Code? Address or IP of server program? I assume it means the web access IP given in Inventoria? Port# used by server program? I assume the port used by Inventoria? Location name for business profile? When I put in my registration code, the web access for Inventoria, and the port used by Inventoria, then search for locations, it comes up with "Conn." I update and it gives me an error message. Also, another question that may need a different post: If I only want to track inventory and accounts receivable, do I need Express Accounts? Or will Express Invoice do the trick? I want to be able to produce monthly reports of sales, sales by item and a past due report. Thanks!

Hi community, We are looking for an inventory control system. We found Inventoria and it works perfect. However we'd like to have it combined / linked with our SQL database. Is this possible? What kind of databases does Inventoria use? I don't know anything about databases so I hope that any of you can help me out. Greetings, Tom

i want to start again ... i played around in the free trial with bogus records and have now purchased the product. i cant remove all the records so i can start from scratch. i have deleted information out of items, and inventory ... but it still sits within receive history and sales history ... how do i clear the program out to start all over ? thanks >>> Gina

I have a client I just recommended this software to who needs to be able to assign Serial Numbers to items, and to be able to search for them. How can you do this? I created a "serial number field" to "custom field 1", but I am not able to search items by that field. How can I input serial numbers and have them be searchable?

When trying to sync with Inventoria from copper, with an item count of 2-3 thousand, I get a Synchronisation error. Server failed to respond to connection attempt. with 1 item, it works fine import my list? fail

Hello, I just took over the Inventoria software after the previous tech left the company so I apologize for my inexperience with this software. I am trying to setup the Low Level Stock email feature. I have 3 items that are low, however I have not received an email letting me know this. I have to manually go into the server and run a low level stock report, and then it gets sent out. Is there a way to automate this? For instance, make it run everyday at 4 pm? Thanks for your help!

When I am populating the sell stock form, some item codes change to a different number on its own. This is annoying because I have to watch each one closely as I am using the software and it has caused incorrect inventory counts because I wasn't aware it was doing it for several weeks. I have sent a bug report but got no response. Any ideas?
