I am trying to add a custom column (B) -Let's Call it "Persons" - that will multiply against the "Qty" - I'd Call this "Qty/Hrs" - column (A), and the "Unit Price" Column (C) for the constructioncompany that I manage. I made a excel sheet that has it, which we've been using, but I'd like to move fully to NCH Invoicing Software. So, the reason for this is that I can multiply the amount of hours "x" that "y" amount of employees worked on a specific project, on which to charge the unit price of "z" amount of dollars per hour. For Example: 4 men worked 12 hours on a project on which each man was charging $35 per hour. To use the first figures, the (A) Column above would equal 12. (B) Column=4, and (C)=35. For a total of 1,680. How can I add this column (B) which the "total" column would multiply?

I'm trying to add custom field in an invoice and although I change the label and save, when I go into a new invoice the name still shows up literally as "custom field". Am I missing something or is this a glitch? Thanks, Jeannie

Hi There are lots of references in previous posts referring to the Tools/Options.........etc. In the latest version of VP (5.31) and if one is using the new "darker" colour scheme the Tools choices are no longer visible on the top toolbar. It's not been left off though. Options is now accessed by clicking the double chevrons at the right hand end of the toolbar next to NCH Suite. However you can build your own toolbar to include all the choices (including Options) by clicking Custom tab and then the Customize.button Later: Actually, just found that changing the screen resolution to 1280 x 960 revealed more items on the Home toolbar as well as options. My default was set as 1024 x 768. Which is what I shall return it too as the higher res makes everything a bit too small. (Didn't think this action would change the actual contents of the toolbar) Nat

Is there a way to make custom preview presets? I know you can type your own preview resolution but there doesn't seem to be a traditional way to save the custom. I assume there's a way to do it by going into the program files but does anyone here know how? I have VideoPad version 4.10.
