  1. I want to convert some mp3 files to .wav so that I can embed them in a PowerPoint presentation but every time I do a conversion the .wav file is about 50 mb which is way too big. I need to keep the file under 3 mb. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks
  2. Hi I have downloaded some .flac files that have several megs of content but whether I use Switch or WavePad it seems to convert for about 2 secs but the new file has only about 2.5k content and no duration of play. I am a bit new to this and an OAP so you will have to be gentle with me. What am I doing wrong? I have converted other flac files successfully so I am fairly sure the method I am using is not incorrect. It is pretty straightforward to click on convert any way even for me? Thanks in advance.
  3. Hi I have been using the Express Rip successfully for about a week now. I have just ripped about 4 tracks that I want to use on my Power Point presentation of wedding and holiday snaps. All was great until today when every time I try to use ER it brings up a Windows XP error message. Is this something I have done? I have tried to use a CD that I had success with but that is the same so I uninstalled and reinstalled ER and still the same. This is such a shame as ER was helping me send my family little presentations of things in our life. As a silver surfer I am not up with all of the terminology and techniques but I was getting along nicely with your wonderful product and was even considering purchasing the more advanced program but I am a little worried that it might not work on my machine now? Please help me. Thanks
