My preview resolution is already at 512 x 288 and I tried clearing the cache as well with no effect.

I am an aspiring you-tuber and unsure of where my channel will go. I just spent 3 days editing a video, only to NOT be able to export it because my trial ran out with zero warning that I wouldn't be able to export to any usable format. This plus the lousy performance just lost you a sale.

I am getting the "building preview" when trying to preview to make sure my text animations and transitions look right. My machine is a year-old core i5 with 16 GB of RAM and a Samsung SSD, and none of these resources are being stressed at all. Is there some setting I'm unaware of to allow VP to use more of my system's available resources, or is it just this laggy?
