For me it was when I tried exporting to YouTube. I have done it this way every other time with success but for now. I am using same settings as before 1080 with 60 frame rate. I tried lowering this but still fails.

I am having the same problem too. Version 5.03, I have about 1 ter space on my drive, so plenty of room. It is 25 mins. Already verified on youtube. All my other vids worked but now its not. Fustrated!!!!!
