Hi I'm looking to convert some MSV audio files to mp3. Switch says it can't do it unless I load the Sony plugin for windows media player and gives me an address to download it from. Did that but when I try to install the plugin it says it won't run on a 64bit windows 10 installation. frustrated and stymied! help appreciated and apologies if off-topic.
